Nightmare: Ghost Storiesis New York City's most horrifying haunted house to date. It features 23 of the most mind melting rooms for those who are ready and able to get the soul scared out of them. This haunted house is not and I repeat is not for children, it is specifically made for adults to walk through. No child under 10 will be admitted to Nightmare regardless of the situation. During the walk through, no one will be touching or pushing you, they will however be scaring the living life out of you. If too scared, there is ways of leaving Nightmare, but no refund will be available. Reuters claims is as the "living nightmare". Price to walk through the Nightmare haunted mansion is $25.00 per person and well worth the horror. Nightmare is located at 85 Sheife Road.
Hold on to you souls when you enter Blood Manor located at 542 West 27th Avenue. This 5000 square foot haunted house of themed rooms is designed to scare those who claim not to be scared. As you walk through Blood Manor going into each room trying to find your way out, screams are heard all throughout the house making one wish they had never entered and in a frenzy to just get out as quick as possible. This 25 to 30 minute walk of horror is not for children under the age of 14 years-old. Blood Manor opened on October 5th and will be open every Fri-Sun until Halloween evening. Tickets to Blood Manor will cost you $25.00 and is non-refundable to those who just cannot handle the fright factor.
Last but not least I give you the Bayville Scream Park located at 8 Bayville Avenue in New York, and is open everyday until November 4th. This theme park is full of horrifying activities for the whole family to enjoy. It offers an array of different themes that include Bloodworth Manor Haunted House, The Curse of the Zombie Pirates, Uncle Needles Funhouse of Fear in 3D, and the Temple of Terror. Each one of these attractions is guaranteed to scare you over and over again with rooms full of zombies trying to get out, Uncle Needles terrorizing you through each and every turn in the funhouse, and just blood curdling screams coming from the rooms of Bloodworth Manor. Each of these attraction cost $13.50 to get in, but you can however save an evil buck by buying a pass that gets you into all four for just $33.50, you can also add an extra $10.00 and the wait in line is void.
Please be advised that these haunted houses are not intended for the faint of heart. People with heart problems or who are pregnant should not try and go to any of these amazing attractions. Children under the age of 13 are not recommended but can be accompanied by an adult. Refunds are not applicable in any of the Halloween Haunts. If your too scared, you lose your money regardless. So to all of you fear seekers, take a ride to one of these, or all of these horrific haunted house in the New York City area.
