New York Giants Defeat the New England Patriots

The New York Giants have defeated goliath to enter into that special realm of immortality as we know it. Football has been entrenched in our society as far back as the early ninetieth century, and will always be apart of our American history.

The New York Giants team won ten road games in the regular season-something that has never been achieved before in NFL history, many sports syndicated columnist denied that they could win the ultimate prize-yes..,-they have proved many so called protagonist of truth were dispelled wrong-wrong-wrong.

In the face of adversity has become what the countenance of the New York Giants have been about, and just maybe you have a young Eli Manning become a complete quarterback in the eyes of America. America Teams have changed in the facet of what many have treated as favorite to win-there is no crying or denying what has been accomplished in the New York Giant organization.

Eli Manning threw for 19 completions out of 34 passes, and only had one interception-as he also threw for 255 yards..,-a very good day indeed.

Tom Brady was sacked five times by a defense that dominated the New England Patriots offensive linemen; they were sparkling in their pressure points.

Michael Strahan finally has a Super Bowl ring after his seventeen year career, how sweet it is for the New York Giants fans-New York City has something to be proud of despite many whom doubted they could achieve this great feat.

Predictions are for fools who think and believe they can predict the future in all of their fruitless crystal ball. The warriors on the playing field have prevailed, and now New England has to take a back seat and also give respect due to a great team after all.

Let the football community and media say whatever they may say on ESPN, Radio talk shows, NFL Network, sports radio, Las Vegas betting pools. Now here you have it as it is in the real world of sports. Predictions are for those whom play parity for the favor of money and the benefit to say I told you so. The New York Giants are a winning team because they were deemed as the ultimate underdog.

There will be many sports writers will jump on the Manning band wagon-many of those journalist never gave the New York Giants a chance in hell, that's right I said it and I mean it-like many other die hard football fans that are loyal to their teams.

Eli Manning calm demeanor is a refreshing reprieve from his critics, where he has overcome the weight of diversity in a game that we call Super.

I agree with your comments about headline changing and just had an episode of this myself the other day bro. Don't ask me why some editors feel the need to think they're doing something special y changing someone's headline, particularly when the original headline was better than what they could come up with!!

Well though I am a huge NY Yankee Fan, I am not a NY Giant fan. I was routing for the Patriots, but the Giants deserved every minute of it. Very good.

I am somewhat upset that Associated Content editors changed my headline, My original headline was-How Sweet It Is-New York Giants Defeat the New England Patriots to Win Super Bowl XLII
To my readers and guest who read this article tell me how you feel about this, I do have a right to vent this frustration.
