Snidely Whiplash
Each day the news gets scarier and scarier. Try these headlines on for size. And if ya don't bother to read them, no worries...if this stuff comes true and the reporting is accurate, you'll soon know more about some of these things than you'd ever hoped!

Drudge headlines the following:

The Last Movie Star is reference to one of the most beautiful women of the 20th Century...the late, great Elizabeth Taylor who passed away this morning at 79 years old after a series of protracted ailments.

It's On references that Glenn Beck may be leaving Fox News at the end of the year when his contract expires. The story goes on to link to another article addressing the various opportunities Beck may avail himself of, although all of it is mere speculation at this point.

Paper: How China Should Rule The World is just that. Nice, huh? America sucking hind tit while the Chicoms run the planet. Wonder how the environment will do with that, as I am pretty certain when it comes to NOT caring about our home planet, China is about the worst there is at that. Still, to progressives this is likely real good news!

13 Illegals Arrested in Ca Wearing US Marine Uniforms; Driving Van With Gov't Plates is a wonderful ditty about a bunch of cats calling themselves "Perez." Oh, and they are illegals, every one, dressed as US military on our southern border...ya know, the one Obama and Big Sis tells us is "as secure as it's ever been."

New Home Sales Plunge; Hit Lowest Level Since Data Tracking Began in 1960's... gives us a clue as to how well Barack and the Minions are fixing our nation's economy, so no worries folks.

FED: US Approaching Insolvency is another wonderful little tome offering that "If we continue down on the path on which the fiscal authorities put us, we will become insolvent, the question is when...," so move along folks. Nothing to see here. Don't worry. Barack is on the case...and stuff.

Jealous that the US is getting all the good news headlines the EU chimes in with Portugal Tip Of Iceberg as Euro Leaders tackle debt woes is one about how Portugal is teetering on the "verge of government collapse and a cry for financial help, European leaders face an uphill task at a summit meant to seal defences[sic] against a year-long debt crisis."

Imitating Wisconsin, a Violence Warning in UK As Unions Plan Mass March Sunday warns readers that trouble is coming in the UK because union folks are angry and will "protest at deep government spending cuts and tax rises."

Saving the best for last, or at least the clearly most over-the-top and nonsensical of all, and damned hypocritical too boot is this from our pal, Joe "Hey, There's Room For BOTH My Feet In My Mouth" Biden, "If he gives authorization to war without without Congressional approval, I will make it my business to impeach him!"

Well, there you have it friends! Enjoy, and if ya have a lick of sense, ya might wanna tighten down that there chin strap on your little crash helmet. This may indeed leave a mark!

Does one need any more reasons to get prepared to the best of one's ability? (Love the Biden quote. You can't make this stuff up!)

    Ever read "Brave New World?"

When all else fails, fall back on the basics: "Don't believe anything you hear, and only half of what you read." Remember that one?
