NFL Divisional Playoffs Packers Vs Falcons: Las Vegas Line & Pick Against the Spread
Hot Green Bay Packers Take on Unbeatable Home Team Atlanta Falcons
Atlanta Falcons Defense vs Green Bay Packers Offense
Defense for the Atlanta Falcons has been solid this season and they have kept Matt Ryan and the high powered offense in striking distance all season. The Atlanta Falcons pass rush has been their calling card but they have also been tough against the run. They are allowing less than 110 yards per game on the ground and their pass defense has been decent. They are giving up less than 230 yards per game through the air.
The Green Bay Packers offense has been ravaged by injuries this season but the offense has persevered and overcome all the obstacles thrown into their path. Rodgers and the receivers are still not in sync as they head to Atlanta to play a tough Atlanta Falcons home team.
The Green Bay Packers may have found their running game in Lincoln Field when they played Philadelphia. Jason Starks emerged as the primary back for the Green Bay Packers and rushed for 123 yards. The running game will be needed in Atlanta to take the Falcons crowd out of the game. The Green Bay Packers offense has the edge over the Atlanta Falcons defense.
Atlanta Falcons Offense vs Green Bay Packers Defense
Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons offense may be the most well balanced offense in the NFL Divisional Playoffs. Ryan has been the hot quarterback when he is under the Georgia Dome, his home field. Ryan has led his team from behind in four games this season but don't expect him to be in that position in this game
Roddy White is the best receiver in the NFL this season and with good reason. Matt Ryan knows when he involves White in the game the Atlanta Falcons will get the ball down field in a hurry. Michael Turner is back on track this season after a hiccup last season. Turner is the go to running back when the ball is inside the oppositions red zone. The Atlanta Falcons offense has the edge
The Green Bay Packers defense is a gambling style of defense that relies on their strong cover corners to apply pressure to the quarterback. On the edges it is tough to get a receiver by Charles Woodson and Tramon Williams on the outside which forces the action to the middle of the field.
The middle of the field is owned by the Green Bay Packers Clay Mathews. He is the wild card on the defense. He can blitz one play, fake blitz on another and fall back into coverage or he can help chip up a wide receiver running a deep route. Mathews is a huge cog in the Green Bay Packers defensive machine and a player all quarterbacks must game plan against. The Atlanta Falcons offense has a slight edge over the Green Bay Packers defense.

Post a CommentI like the Falcons to win at home in this game.It looks to be a tough game. I don't like your Pittsburgh and Bears covering. I do like the Bears to win but not cover the 10 point spread. I also think the Ravens win at take it all.
