1. (1) Kurt Warner, Arizona Cardinals (8-6): 97.5 Quarterback Rating

Warner's last three outings have been unspectacular. However, no one has really stepped up enough to overtake the top spot.

"We don't have any room for letdowns or games like this. We've got to keep getting better," said Warner.

This season, Warner has thrown 26 touchdown passes and 13 interceptions. He has completed 376 passes in 550 attempts for 4,290 yards and a completion percentage of 68.4.

2. (3) Philip Rivers, San Diego Chargers (6-8): 101.4 Quarterback Rating

How did he not make the Pro Bowl? You cannot blame Rivers, he has enjoyed a superb season. I guess you can blame the Chargers losing record and his inconsistent teammates.

"The way we've bounced back these past two weeks in our division and won says a lot about our guys. It is big for our locker room and team, no matter what plays out the rest of the day," said Rivers.

This season, Rivers has thrown an NFL-high 28 touchdown passes and only 11 interceptions. He has completed 276 passes in 427 attempts for 3,515 yards and a completion percentage of 64.6.

3. (4) Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys (9-5): 98.3 Quarterback Rating

Drama Kings: Tony Romo, Terrell Owens, and Jason Witten played a huge role in the Cowboys huge victory over the New York Giants.

"We have a lot of highly competitive individuals who want to win. I give a lot of credit to T.O. and Jason for drumming this whole thing up to take attention away," said Romo.

This season, Romo has thrown 24 touchdown passes and 11 interceptions. He has completed 231 passes in 366 attempts for 3,013 yards and a completion percentage of 64.6.

4. (2) Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints (7-7): 93.9 Quarterback Rating

Drew Brees will play in the Pro Bowl; however, his playoffs and MVP hopes are rapidly dwindling.

This season, Brees has thrown an NFL-high 28 touchdown passes and 16 interceptions. He has completed 353 passes in 546 attempts for an NFL-high 4,332 yards and a completion percentage of 64.7.

5. (7) Peyton Manning, Indianapolis Colts (10-4): 90.3 Quarterback Rating

Peyton Manning and the Colts offensive juggernaut are peaking at the right time.

This season, Peyton Manning has thrown 23 touchdown passes and 12 interceptions. He has completed 335 passes in 514 attempts for 3,543 yards and a completion percentage of 65.2.

6. (8) Chad Pennington, Miami Dolphins (9-5): 95.1 Quarterback Rating

Like Rivers, Pennington deserved a spot on the AFC Pro Bowl roster.

This season, Pennington has thrown 14 touchdown passes and six interceptions. He has completed 273 passes in 412 attempts for 3,218 yards and a completion percentage of 66.3.

7. (6) Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers (5-9): 91.8 Quarterback Rating

Rodgers' first season as Packers quarterback may result in mixed reviews, but he did an admirable job considering.

This season, Rodgers has thrown 23 touchdown passes and 12 interceptions. He has completed 296 passes in 466 attempts for 3,470 yards and a completion percentage of 63.5.

8. (5) Eli Manning, New York Giants (11-3): 86.4 Quarterback Rating

Following two less than stellar performances from Eli Manning and the Giants, is there reason to worry for New Yorkers?

This season, Eli Manning has thrown 20 touchdown passes and ten interceptions. He has completed 261 passes in 433 attempts for 2,938 yards and a completion percentage of 60.3.

9. (NR) Donovan McNabb, Philadelphia Eagles (8-5-1): 86.7 Quarterback Rating

It has been the tale of two seasons for the rejuvenated McNabb.

This season, McNabb has thrown 21 touchdown passes and 11 interceptions. He has completed 307 passes in 504 attempts for 3,511 yards and a completion percentage of 60.9.

10. (NR) Matt Cassel, New England Patriots (9-5): 87.1 Quarterback Rating

Cassel's agent may become the most popular of all agents this coming off-season.

This season, Cassel has thrown 18 touchdown passes and 11 interceptions. He has completed 301 passes in 472 attempts for 3,270 yards and a completion percentage of 63.8.
