Nibiru Images Revealed

The Portland Journal
Today as promised astronomers released images of the planet Nibiru which is on its way towards the Earth.

In a shocking twist recently astronomers from two unspecified locations revealed that Nibiru, also known as 'The Doomsday Planet', Planet-X and the '12th planet, the 'Dark Planet' and so on, is very real and may even arrive before New Year celebrations 2011 instead of the 2012 mark that has been branded about.

Originally an encrypted message was sent to Governments around the world in relation to Nibiru and its potential to destroy our planet; at very least cause mass extinction including that of humanity.

Ava Faker spokeswoman for the one of the observatories who broke the original Nibiru news recently today came out with more factual evidence of Nibiru's existence in the form of a set of grainy images. Apparently Nibiru should be almost visible with the naked eye but is currently shaded out by the mass of Jupiter. Over the coming months Nibiru will appear moving away from Jupiter's shadow. Given Nibiru seemingly has what scientists believe is a magnetic surface and a dark composition which occasionally reflects light from its surface it can be very difficult to track without a keen eye.

Ms. Faker said: "Today astronomers from around the world gathered in the observatory conference room to look over and discuss the images. They decided on a few that are to be released to the media in the next few days." Of which the journalists including us got a sneak glance at and have been given one image to publish.

Nibiru looks almost invisible because of its magnetic almost alloy composition, this is one of the reasons the planet is difficult to find.

Ms. Faker continued to tell the gathered media: "Astronomers at the observatory will today begin a series of simulations to check out all possible scenarios with the trajectory of Nibiru. If there is the slightest possibility that the rogue planet will pass the Earth by without us getting direct repercussions then we will make sure that all funding goes towards making that near miss a certainty with colleagues at NASA and the Military. Just how we might achieve that is down to physics and chance mixed with a lot of luck."

"There will be more over the coming days." The spokeswoman said as she left through a set of double doors towards the back of the room.

The room fell silent and we left, still wondering what is ahead for mankind in the coming years.

This story is purely fictitious, it gives an account of one possible scenario should planet be on a collision course with the Earth in the year 2012.
