Niche Blog Advertising

Jim Posey
There is a general rule that the better your advertisements the better your sales will end up being. There is a great deal of truth to that; however you will also need a target audience for your advertisement and the right product for that audience. Figuring out all three of these factors, can be an expensive time consuming Endeavour. There is a far superior form of advertising than spending millions of dollars though and that is through the magic of word to mouth advertising. Word to mouth advertising is when someone likes your product so much that they recommend it to their friends so that they can use it. Today, though, there is a way to actually create a word to mouth buzz around the product of your choice and that is through the use of niche blog advertising.

Consumers are so used to online advertisements that many companies spent a considerable amount of time trying to work there way around advertisement blindness. Just look at how often you click on ads that float around on the internet. My guess is that on an average day you might click on one. The answer from the advertising community has been to make the ads more annoying and irritating than ever before. Through the use of brightly colored ads, flashing lights, and even the most horrible, sounds, advertisers have effectively ruined a great deal many websites. Bloggers however are different. Bloggers will build a relationship with their readers through years of delivering highly valued content to their readership. They are almost equivalent to having a mini celebrity in your niche. These people trust their favorite blogger and will probably support any product brought forth by the blogger.

The best way to do a niche blog advertisement is openly. Approach the blogger about making a review of your product. You will often have to supply a sample of your product although they may want cold hard cash for the review though. Don't say anything about the review having to look positive. The blogger should review the product in their natural voice and tone. The blogger will create a post that will look like any other of their posts. If the blogger seems coerced into writing a good review, the readership will be able to tell and it will make you and the blogger look very sad indeed. Let the blogger have his/her say and let the product shine.Source: http://adverlab.blogspot.com/ , Ad Labs
