Nicky Hilton gets assaulted by a homeless man and places him under citizen's arrest. I first thought the US magazine story was a joke but, it is indeed true. The fabulous Nicky Hilton was in IHOP when she was rudely pushed to the ground by 50-year-old homeless man, Michael Broadhurst. Nicky Hilton then did what any other good citizen would do, she placed him under citizens arrest. Good news is that Nicky did not have to wait long for back up. The police where already at IHOP having coffee. Bad Boys, Bad Boys, whatcha gonna do when Nicky comes for you?

Sam Lutfi is not staying quiet about the restraining order Britney Spears has against him. Last month, Britney had a restraining order issue against him for allegedly threatening to expose Spears family secrets. Sam Lutfi is now fighting back saying, "I have not, in any alleged communications with Britney, her hairdresser or any other person, threatened any act of violence against Britney or her family." A judge has extend the restraining order till at least Wednesday when Britney father can attend a hearing.

The rapper (formerly know as Noreaga) N.O.R.E. got arrested after a fight a Fatburger. The reports say N.O.R.E. got into a argument with another Fatburger customer and threw a cup filled with a liquid substance. N.O.R.E. then yelled, "Do you know who I am?" after punching him in the face. He was taken to the Miami-Dade jail.
I mean no disrespect to N.O.R.E. but, frankly most people do not know who you are. Sorry, it's not you, N.O.R.E., it is them. For those of who do not know who N.O.R.E. is, he is one half of the duo Capone-n-Noreaga. N.O.R.E. also had a popular song "Más Maíz"
It is unfortunate that Rick Ross is no longer a Miami-Dade corrections officers. Maybe he could have helped N.O.R.E. out.
