Nightlife around the Mid-South can be very exhilarating and interesting. Memphis, Tennessee has an eclectic mix of people, places and activities. What makes this city one of the best in the South? Its people, culture, music, and overall diversity. The clubs are abundant so it is up to you to pick and chose which club suits your mood and personal style of mingling. This article gives a couple of tips on places in Memphis where you can have a good time.

Round One: This bar is a personal favorite. The atmosphere is so chic and the people are very upscale. The food is so tasty! This restaurant has one of the most delicious salads that I have ever eaten. That is a solemn promise. The presentation of the food is even trendy. Their plates, glasses, and silverware are very unique. The prices are reasonable, the bartenders and waiters are really friendly, and the drinks are made with competency. I would also suggest the spinach pizza. Its awesome! They always have an after work crowd during the week, and on the weekends, it sometimes serves as a club. As of late, the place is always crowded because many people come to watch the NBA finals. It's a well rounded place that you can always enjoy.

Fire & Ice: What's most interesting about this club is the fact that you can have all sorts of events inside. On Wednesdays, the club has a karaoke night that is out of this world! Karaoke is always interesting but when Memphians get together, its one of the most amusing pastimes ever! There are always different acts that visit to perform at this club. This club is located in the Eastern side of Memphis. Round One is nearby, so after you have fed yourself and mingled, head over to Fire & Ice to dance the night away.

Bluefin: The Bluefin is a downtown hot spot that has a Sex and the City feel to it. This restaurant/bar/club is socializing central, for it is near the downtown area. This restaurant serves some of the best sushi in Memphis. I strongly suggest that if you visit, you try the Hurricane, which is a mixture of crawfish, cream cheese, and other succulent spices within the sushi roll over a breaded crust. It is a bit expensive, but well worth it. Also,

Molly's: This Mexican joint is a nice little spot in the Mid-town area of Memphis. I particularly love to eat the chicken fajitas they serve. The white cheese dip is also very good. On Monday's during the happy hour, they serve margaritas for a reasonable price. The area has a lot of other amusements that you can enjoy like the movie theater nearby, or quaint little shops that you can visit. Mid-town is one of the most interesting areas in Memphis and your experience will certainly be a memorable one if you first stop by Molly's.

Texas de Brazil: Located in the downtown area (only a street away from the infamous Beale Street), this restaurant provides tourists and others the ultimate dining experience. Though this place is a bit more pricey than others, you will leave the place in high spirits because the purpose of this restaurant is to cater to its customers. Therefore, your food will have been excellent, you will be treated like royalty, and you will have fun doing it.

Memphis, Tennessee is a place where you can let your hair down, relax and enjoy your surroundings. You can also do this without sparing a big expense. Getting together with friends and family is what makes life special and here, its all about doing just that. Try looking in some of the Memphis advertisements for information on each weekly activity. Sometimes, there are even coupons given for certain restaurants.
