This week, Cruis'n USA and Wonder Boy arrive on the Nintendo Wii's Virtual Console. Here is a brief rundown on the titles of yesteryear.

Cruis'n USA
Developer: Midway
Publisher: Nintendo
Original System: Nintendo 64
Original Release Date: 1996
Genre: Racing
Controller Options: Classic and Gamecube
Wii Points: 1000
ESRB Rating: E

When Cruis'n USA came out on the Nintendo 64, it was a below average racer. Over a decade (and many new standards) later, the game aged even worse. For 1000 Wii Points, Cruis'n USA is a complete rip-off. Avoid it at all costs.

Wonder Boy
Developer: Sega
Publisher: Sega
Original System: Sega Master System
Original Release Date: 1987
Genre: Adventure
Controller Options: Options: Wii Remote, Classic and Gamecube
Wii Points: 500
ESRB Rating: E

Not only Wonder Boy is the first Sega Master System game but it is also the first game of the underrated 2D adventure series. While, the sequels are better (some of which are already on the Virtual Console), Wonder Boy is still a solid title that fans of the genre and series should enjoy. Thus, it is the Virtual Console Game of the Week.
