No Bake Tiramisu

Lemon Raspberry

2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (fat free) softened

6 pkgs. sugar stubstitute (to equal 1/4 cup of regular sugar)

1 small pkg sugar free lemon flavored Jello

2 cups nondairy whipped topping (fat free) thawed)

2 Tbsp. marsala wine

2 pkgs lady fingers (3 oz. each)

1 pint fresh raspberries or frozen unsweetened raspberries (thawed)

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup red raspberry preserves

Combine cream cheese, vanila and sugar substitute and beat with mixer on high till smooth, set this off to the side.

Combine gelatin and /13 cup water on high till boiling and the gelatin is dissloved. Let cool for 10 minutes.

Add gelatin to cream cheese mixture, beat for 60 seconds, add the whipped topping and beat for another 60 seconds. Set aside.

Mix together 1/4 cup water, marsala winde, and preserves. Save 2 Tbsp of the mixture and set aside. Spread a 1/3 cup of the preserve mix evenly over the bottom of a 11 x 17 inch baking dish (glass).

Take the lady fingers and split them in 1/2 and place them in the bottom of the baking dish. Spread 1/2 of the cream cheese mix evenly over the lady fingers; then sprinkle with 1 cup raspberries topping with another layer of the cream cheese. top with the rest of the lady fingers and spread the remaining preserve mixture over the top of the lady fingers and then top with the rest of the cream cheese.

Cover and refrigerate for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Top with the remaining raspberries. Before servie drizzle with the preserves that you put aside.
