No Change in America with Hillary Clinton as President

I beg to ask, have we forgotten? Is eight years long enough to forget the Clinton scandals that plagued our America, and showed other country leaders what kind of people we elect to run our country? There is no doubt they had a great laugh at America's expense.

As the world listens to the punches thrown in this Presidential Race as Senator Obama and Senator Hillary Clinton debate, I have to ask why. Why has no one asked himself or herself what the hell are we thinking? Why are we even considering Hillary Clinton for president? Let me tell you why I ask.

Do you remember December 1998? Do you remember the passing of House Resolution 611? Well let me remind you. Former President Bill Clinton was impeached by the House of Representatives on charges of "Perjury to a Grand Jury and other perjury charges." These charges were accompanied by, abuse of power", obstruction of Justice, and contempt of court! Moreover, days before Former President Bill Clinton was to leave office, Mr. Clinton decided to take a five-year loss of his Law License in the state of Arkansas in exchange for putting a stop to the investigation. Let's face it, Bill Clinton lied and asked (or told) his Democratic peeps to back him up. Not a one would vote against him.

As soon as this scandal hit the news racks, Mr. Clinton started "craw fishing." He declared under oath that he had "never had sexual relations with Miss Monica Lewinski", only to turn right back around and say their relationship was wrong. He probably would have stuck with that story if it weren't for Monica's dress having Bill Clinton's semen on it. Well, that and the Cigar.

OK, so is the world supposed to believe Bill Clinton will not repeatedly abuse his power that his wife Senator Hillary Clinton may afford him? Many people believe he already is. There is speculation he is trying to intimidate delegates, and super-delegates to get Mrs. Hillary Clinton a "second Place Prize."

One of the questions recently asked Senator Hillary Clinton is would she be able to handle her man? Her answer was yes. So again I ask, how does she really know that she can? She didn't do to good of a job keeping him away from Monica last time. His ethics were clearly questionable. On top of that ask yourself was Monica the first? Have there been others? Are we to believe that Former President Bill Clinton will no longer lie when he gets held to the fire?

Whatever!! Folks if you couldn't trust him before, I have serious doubts that anyone will be able to trust Former President Bill Clinton again. He has lied on so many occasions that it is not even funny.

Lets recap; Former President Bill Clinton has had three women (other than Mrs. Clinton Of course) Paula Jones, Gennifer Flowers, and Monica Lewenski. So I have to wonder, if Bill Clinton wasn't guilty, then why did he pay off Paula Jones to the tune of $850,000? His relationship with Gennifer Flowers, he denied, (wait let me be surprised, nope can't do it...) only to come back and admit to having an encounter with this woman also. Sounds like Bill Clinton is more interested in the ladies than he is America.

In case you are counting, this makes three women, at least, three that we know of. Three very public cases Mr. Clinton admitted to having relationships with women other than his wife.

Honestly is the backbone of what our Country needs, I have a hard time finding it in the Clinton campaign!!

Now these are not Hillary's actions, and that may be fine, but we are talking about extending the legacy of the Clintons. I also know there are many women that would leave their men if they cheat once, or twice. So why not leave? Does Bill Clinton have this much control over Hillary Clinton? Cheat on me once shame on you. Cheat twice shame on me. Cheat three times get a chance to run for president? I wonder.

Hillary Clinton in addition to Bill has her own serious ethical problems. Let's not forget Travelgate, Filegate, and Whitewater, which involved the Rose law firm where Hillary was the first female partner.

My father always said, "If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck...then it is probably a duck."

Now comes Mrs. Clinton. She was under sniper fire, Remember? How convenient that she forgot no one was shooting at her. Ask the boys and girls in Iraq if they know the difference when they are under fire. These men and women fight the war and I believe that little "oopsie" was a slap in the face to the people fighting for our country. Granted, she did come back and say she had misspoken, at my house we call that a lie.

I believe Senator Hillary Clinton will continue to lie again just as she has before. Do we really Trust someone who lies so freely? Better yet, does it run in the family? Is this an example of what Hillary Clinton offers the American People? Can the soldiers fighting for our country trust her words? Can the people trust her? Hillary, along with the other candidates, speak of Change in America.

I do not see how this "Change in America" can exist if we have the same set of liars in office as we did before. If she loses the bid for the White house, I believe she will play the "I didn't win cause I'm a woman" card, just watch.

It's not a matter of "demeaning" Hillary for her husbands transgressions, rather it's a matter of vetting a presidential candidate regarding his or her affiliations, decisions, judgement and character. Certainly one's spouse should be included in that process. Hillary is..or rather was as a former candidate in the unique position of having a spouse that is a former POTUS. His decisions, and policies particularly those that involved Hillary is fair game. Bill will have had an important role in the position as First Man...we (voters) would be naive if we didn't examine the impact of another Clinton presidency. Excellent write up Allison. Better late than never...may I suggest an exploration into Michelle Obama ;-) Cindy McCain is fair game as well...Hmm..may the best first lady win ;-)

Epitome? Don't you mean armpit? Eh, this is just my little ole opinion. Hillary has enough of her own skeletons, she doesn't need Bill for those. This piece was written with the intent to inform others what I found after doing my own research on presidential candidates. To answer Just woke up's question, when this article was written, she was still in the running, but it does take a little while to have these articles published. Sorry for the lag.

That was a funny remark that "just Woke up made." Why do we have to demean Hillary because of whta her husband has created?

Is she still in the run for Presidency? Then I would like to vote for her! Bill is the epitome of America's manhood! Long live Bill!
