Seasoned Tuna

Ingredients:

½ kilo fresh raw tuna

5 tablespoons coconut vinegar

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 finely chopped onion

1 small ginger finely chopped

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

2 pcs cucumber peeled and cut crosswise thinly,

should be round form

½ cup coconut vinegar for washing

Procedure:

  1. Wash the fresh tuna and cut into bite size cubes. Sprinkle salt and wash with ½ cup coconut vinegar. Drain and mix with all the ingredients. Serve right away.
  2. Great with cooked rice and coke or beer.

Mango float

Ingredients:

2 cups thinly sliced ripe mango

1 pack graham

1 can condense milk

1 can all purpose cream

Procedure:

  1. Mix condense milk and all purpose cream, set aside. In a square pan arrange graham and put a little mango over it. Pour a little mixed milk and cream over.
  2. Put another batch of graham and the mango and milk with cream over the first one.
  3. Repeat the process until the pan is full.
  4. On the top sprinkle crushed graham over the mango and milk mixture.
  5. chill for one hour and serve cold
