On July 6, Alt- country musical band No Justice released their Carved Records' debut album release 2nd Avenue. Known previously for his work with Collective Soul, Dexter Green contributed to the production behind No Justice's latest album. Similar to Cross Canadian Ragweed, the album features an eclectic mix of Rock and Country tunes. Recommended tracks on 2nd Avenue include the popular current single "Love Song", the ballad "Gone Ain't Far Enough", and the up-tempo track "2nd Avenue".

With lyrics displaying sentimental thoughts of love and second chances such as,"...How about one more dance/a second chance/to ease my mind", the current hit "Love Song" has received extensive radio airplay throughout Texas, broadcasting on 75 stations across the state . The single continues to climb towards the top of the charts, currently holding the #12 spot on the Texas Music Chart. "Love Song" marks the third single released by No Justice to be featured on the Texas Music Chart. No Justice's previous tracks "Never Come Back" and "Don't Walk Away" were also featured on the Texas Music Chart.

The power-ballad "Gone Ain't Far Enough" displays feelings of a distant love, with lyrics such as, "...Gone Ain't Far Enough/Cause' I still feel your touch/2,000 miles and I still got you under my skin/Baby, I thought you set me free/but you're still here with me.../" The track features a slow rhythmic guitar melody to provide sentimental and deep romantic feelings endured by the narrator of the song.

The up-tempo track "2nd Avenue" represents a strong songwriting talent from the band as they reminisce on their beginning musical roots with hidden meaning in their lyrics, "...I look through the streets in the rain/every seat on the train for your face/In the windows above all the places where I'm not a trace/Take me back to 2nd Avenue.../" After having 2 #1 singles on the Texas Music Chart and 7 independent top 10 hits, No Justice continued to showcase their independence as a band. Since releasing 3 previous independent albums, No Justice have grown professionally as a result of performing and recording.

Late 2009 marked the beginning of major milestones No Justice would endure along their musical journey. Their album 2nd Avenue was the band's first album to be released on Carved Records. As new fans and listeners take notice of the sounds of the band, No Justice have expanded their touring beyond Texas and Oklahoma, playing over 200 dates a year. Due to the success of their hit single, "Love Song" can now be found on the popular interactive game Rock Band.

With their growing popularity in the recording industry, No Justice are quickly rising as the Country's top band of the new decade. For more information about their music, you can check out No Justice at http://www.nojustice.com or Carved Records at http://www.carvedrecords.com .
