No More Snow
More snow is coming
So I just heard
You must be kidding
That's just absurd
So I just heard

The kids love it
No school for them
They are outside
Building snowmen
The wind is blowing
It is so cold
This winter weather
Is getting bold
Stuck in the house
The power is out
All we can do
Is sit here and pout
I like the snow
I really do
But I am over it now
Well, aren't you?

Anxious for spring! It seems like it's been a long winter for everybody.
Snow does suck.
Your poems are great! You have a very good way with rhyming. This one made me laugh. I'm very tired of Winter and we aren't even on the East Coast where you guys got slammed. I think Spring is around the corner though. My kids brought home a bunch of daffodils that are blooming on some of my father-in-law's land. We're a little South but it's coming. I think the twister last night was a warning.
Got sick of it two-three months ago! A BAD winter in the UK, too.
