Being the only clamshell in the Supernova family, the 7510 is a bit different from its "relatives," even though its main point of interest is related to its looks. It may not pack such a variety of advanced features as some of you may be looking for in a Nokia handset, but it compensates through its super cool design. Moreover, it comes with Xpress-On covers, which make it fairly easy for you to change its appearance and customize it anyway you like.
Focusing on the most relevant specs, this Quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE Nokia phone boasts a 2.2'' (240x320pixels) TFT 16M color display, plus the hidden external display, the two giving it a certain hip feeling. Furthermore, its battery can "hold its own," delivering exactly enough talk time to keep you satisfied.
In addition, the Supernova takes nice photos due to its 2 Megapixel camera, also including the pretty appreciated Series 40 user interface, plus a microSDHC card slot supporting up to 8GB of memory. And the list does not stop here; the Supernova also features a Push-to-open button, HTML browser, FM Radio with RDS, music player and, last but not least, Bluetooth connectivity.
As you probably already noticed, the 3G or Wi-Fi capabilities are nowhere to be found, but even so the 7510 makes great use of the features it was designed to excel on. The phone targets mostly young users who are looking for a device that's both inexpensive and great looking at the same time.
As previously mentioned, the mobile has been rumored to be on sale on January 21st at T-Mobile USA, costing somewhere around $250. Therefore, with a contract deal users should be getting it for under $100.
