The LD-4W is a lightweight Bluetooth GPS Module which, Nokia stated, has an Nseries design with black and metallic finish. The LD-4W weighs only 31g and is said to have up to 10 hours of operating time. The LD-4W features a LED indicator that can alert the user of GPS activation, power and battery status. Other features of the LD-4W include Bluetooth connectivity and compatibility with selected Nokia devices and Nokia Maps.
Nokia is also introducing two new Bluetooth Stereo Headsets, the BH-903 and BH-902. Both headsets supports A2DP, AVRCP, PBAP, HFP and HSP profiles that allows users to pair with compatible mobile device or music players. According to Nokia, the BH-903 has an OLED display and also acts as a remote control and can automatically switch to talk mode when a phone call interrupts while music is playing. The BH-903 weighs 32 grams and Nokia claims that the device can last up to 15 hours of talk or music time. The BH-902 on the other hand, also has an OLED display and Digital Signal Processing. According to Nokia's press release, the display can alert the user when they have received an MMS or SMS message. The BH-902 will come with a neck strap, clip and in-ear earplugs. The BH-902 weighs 18.2 grams and has an estimated talk time, according to Nokia, of 8 hours.
The MD-7W is Nokia's Bluetooth speakers and features 3D stereo widening sound and dynamic bass control, magnetic attachments so that the device can be easily carried, and a LED indicator that alerts users of pairing mode and battery status.
Last amongst Nokia's new accessories is the DC-1 power pack. According to Nokia, the Nokia Power Pack DC-1 provides users with reserve power and is equivalent to taking along 3 batteries. The DC-1 power pack is compatible with Nokia 2mm charging interfaces and has two charge output cables to enable users to charge two devices simultaneously.
According to Nokia, all of these devices will be available globally starting fourth quarter of 2007. Pricing for the accessories are: 125 Euros for the GPS module, 200 Euros for the BH-903, 115 Euros for the BH-902, 130 Euros for the Bluetooth speakers, and 105 Euros for the DC-1 Power Pack, all exclusive of taxes.
