One of the things I enjoy most about eating at Nomads; is that you are able to put together your own lunch or dinner dish. You have so many choices available, from the quality meats - including seafood, freshly cut vegetables, crunchy sprouts and a huge selection of other foods including several types of rice and noodles. You can top off your gastronomic artwork with one or more Nomad's delicious signature sauces. There are at least twelve sauces to choose from, ranging from more common offerings like "Teriyaki", "Soy" or "Sweet and Sour"; to their own hot, spicy or exotic mixes. Nomads also offer a large array of zesty spice toppings to really bring out the flavor of your meal.
While you enjoy your soup and the extensive salad bar, a Nomads chef grills your custom dish to order. Each meal is grilled on a large, very hot Mongolian style barbecue grill, ensuring that it is sizzling hot and cooked to perfection. Each dish is brought immediately to your table. I love this! I really enjoy having my food truly "hot off the grill".
Another great thing about Nomads is that there are so many food choices, that you never have to eat the same dish twice. Just changing your sauce or spice selection completely changes the whole taste of the dish. I have not come close to trying all the combinations possible.
Nomads offers a large selection of imported and local beers along with usual sodas and tea.
Give this unique, Mongolian Barbecue a try next time you are in Hong Kong. A great dining experience awaits you!
Nomads is a very convenient place to dine if you are spending the day shopping; as they are very close to the "Ladies Market" and Nathan Road. The "Ladies Market" is a wonderful shopping experience, not to be missed.
Nomads is located at 55 Kimberly Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. It is across from the Kimberly Hotel in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Their phone number is 2722 0733.
