Non-Alcoholic Drinks for Your New Year's Eve Party

M. Kaye Hash
It is common to think of a New Year's Eve party as a party in which alcohol is everywhere but it is possible to have a great New Year's Eve party with non-alcoholic drinks. This New Year's make or take your own non-alcoholic drinks.

New Year's Eve Party Non-Alcoholic Drinks: Sangria

You do not have to use wine to make Sangria. Pour a bottle of club soda in a nice wine decanter. Chop up whatever fruits you have in your fridge or purchase your favorite fruits. Throw in a glass of a couple of your favorite fruit juices. This drink looks best in a see-through container, like a wine decanter, so that you can see the great color and the fruit floating in the container.

New Year's Eve Party Non-Alcoholic Drinks: Iced Tea with Raspberries

Whip up a batch of your favorite iced tea. Place raspberries in a ice cube tray and cover them with some of the tea. Place in the freezer to freeze. Leave iced tea in fridge to cool. To serve, place fresh raspberries into your tea and throw in the frozen raspberry cubes. This is also a great dish to serve in a see-through container and will also work great in a punch bowl.

New Year's Eve Party Non-Alcoholic Drinks: Lemonade

This is similar to the Iced Tea with Raspberries. Make up a batch of your favorite lemonade but freeze some in ice cubes before serving. Pull out your favorite pitcher for this great drink!

New Year's Eve Party Non-Alcoholic Drinks: Hot Chocolate

Since New Year's is in December and many areas are going to be celebrating in cold weather, having hot chocolate is a great way to help everyone warm up when they arrive at your party. Find some large colorful coffee cups to put serve the hot chocolate in and have shredded chocolate, chocolate sticks, and marshmallows available for partiers to use in their hot chocolate.

Be safe on New Year's with these great New Year's Eve, non-alcoholic drinks that your guests will also enjoy!
