A Great Alternative Drink for the Superbowl Game

Having a Superbowl 2010 party? Not everybody likes to drink beer during the football game so it might be a good idea to have a little something else on hand for the thirsty crowd. Everybody enjoys a bowl of punch no matter what the get together is, like graduation, wedding showers, anniversaries, birthdays, so why not add it to the menu on Superbowl Sunday?!

Here are a couple non-alcoholic punch recipes that are tried and true, everyone enjoys them! Easy to make punch recipes too!

Winning Touchdown Punch

1 qt. 14 oz. can pineapple juice - chilled
3/4 cup sugar
6 oz. can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 1/4 cups cold water
1 qt. strawberry ice cream
2 1/2 qts. ginger ale, chilled

Combine pineapple juice, sugar, lemonade and water in a punch bowl. Add the ice cream and stir until blended. Stir in ginger ale and serve right away.

Superbowl Winner 2010 Punch

2 pt. bottle of cranberry cocktail juice, chilled
2- 6 oz. cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
4 cups cold water
1 qt. ginger ale, chilled

Combine all ingredients and serve in a punch bowl with 15 to 20 ice cubes. Enjoy!

No matter who wins this Superbowl game, have a good time and enjoy the game with your friends whether they are in the mood for the usual game beverage of beer or if they would like to try a new punch!
