"No-Nonsense Muscle Building" is written by Vince DelMonte. He used to be a long distance runner having the typical skinny body to show for it. He became determined to crack the lean muscle code and researched and implemented everything he learned and through experiments and trial and error, made muscle grow on his skinny frame. He now hovers around the 210 pound mark, a living testament to the fact that skinny men can build lean muscle. It's just that many don't know how.
Upon purchasing the program, men are instructed to read "No-Nonsense Muscle Building." This will set the background and foundation of all their lean muscle knowledge. If they don't like reading, they can watch or listen to the whole e-book on DVD or audio, also included in the standard purchase.
After that, men are instructed to take a photo of themselves. It will be the last time they that shadow of themself before they undergo the painful, yet fulfilling transformation into the man they've always wanted to be. They are told to read through, "Upside-Down Training," a body conditioning program that exposes weaknesses that have worked they way into unused muscles and gets the engine up and running through a series of bodyweight exercises, stretches, core strengthening exercises and some light cardio to improve fitness.
Then the fun starts. Men begin the 29-week beginner-intermediate workout. They use their own set of weights (or go to a gym) and follow the exercises provided. Here, men implement the knowledge they learned in "No-Nonsense Muscle Building." They are also adviced to follow the appropriate set of meal plans to fuel continual muscle growth and ensure there is enough energy to increase body and muscle mass. The 29-week advanced program follows after this.
There are some negatives with the program, however. People who have full-time jobs or lead very busy lives, will find that they may not have enough time to implement all the exercises provided in the program. Naturally, you will not experience muscle gain as quickly as you will like, but as long as you follow the guidelines provided in the exercise programs, your muscle gain will be measurable and consistent.
Yes, it's easier said than done, but if you've always wanted to learn how to get lean muscle but never knew now, Vince DelMonte's "No-Nonsense Muscle Building" will educate you and arm you with what you need to know to work out and grow lean muscle on your body.
