There are somethings that people can do without surgery or chemicals to keep their youthful, natural beauty.

Women and some men, as they age, grieve for the loss of their youthful beauty and begin to search for something to help them recapture it. Not everyone has the desire or the money for surgical procedures and chemical creams, hair dyes and treatments all of which can sometimes do more harm than good. Some people just prefer to age naturally, to let nature take its course. None of this means though that you just have to accept the aging process. There are plenty of things that you can do naturally to promote the appearance of youthful vitality.

First and foremost you must maintain a healthy lifestyle that includes a diet full of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains and regular exercise. This will keep your body running smoothly and keep you skin and muscles strong and supple. At any age a toned, healthy body is an attractive body.

There are some exercises you can do to prevent the onset of wrinkles and saggy chins or necks. These facial exercises work to tone the muscles under the skin. These muscles when toned keep the skin from drooping, causing wrinkles. They also help to boost the blood flow to the skin which helps keep the skin itself tighter and more elastic.

Pay attention to your hands. Hands often give a person's true age away. Keep your fingernails well trimmed and filed as cracked and chipped nails are a dead giveaway. Exercising your hands will have the same effect on your hands as facial exercises do on you face. By promoting blood flow and keeping the muscles toned you will give your hands a younger look.

Soak in warm water for 10 minutes as often as possible. This has many benefits. It will help boost blood circulation, especially in your legs and feet. Take the time to sit back and relax. Let the warm water relax your muscles and alleviate your stress. Being in a relaxed state of mind will not only make you feel better but it will reduce worry lines on your face. After you have soaked use a stiff brush to remove dead skin from you feet, elbows and anywhere else necessary. This will leave you skin softer and smoother.

Perhaps the most effective way to enhance your natural beauty as you age is to have a healthy attitude about aging. Aging is a natural and unavoidable process. If you devote too much of your time and energy to worrying about the loss of your youth you will not leave time to enjoy the life you have. Be happy with who and what you are, regardless of your age, and you will always be a natural beauty.
