1. Pyrex Storage Set
Many of the things you will find in the kitchen are made from plastic. You know plastic can be dangerous do you? The manufacturers of those plastic wares can claim that they are safe but it's your health they're risking. Stay safe and use pyrex storage set instead of plastic. Actually it doesn't have to be pyrex. You can use any other brand as long as they're made from high-quality and durable glass.
2. Lodge Cast-Iron Cookware
A Cast-Iron cookware is a more durable and healthier choice compared to Teflon coated cookware. You can't scratch it and the dishes you make on a cast-iron pan also taste better. Teflon can be nice being non-sticky and all but it is merely a coating. A coating that can be scratched easily when you use a metal spatula, spoon or fork. When you scratch it where does the scratched coating go? Yup, into your meal and then into your body. Stop using Teflon coated cookware before it's too late.
3. Cuisinart Stainless Steel Utensil Set
When you've got rid of those Teflon or other non-stick cookware you can now safely use a stainless utensil. If you don't like the feeling of stainless steel everywhere in your kitchen you can also buy a wooden utensil set instead.
4. Untangled Living Anyware Collection Children's Stainless Steel Dish Set
Yes, these are for children and yes they're made of steel. I know children and stainless steel dish set can be a noisy combination but it's still much safer than letting them eat on a melamine plate or bowl. This dish set is phthalate-free, BPA free and definitely has no plastic on it. It's also a great choice when you're going for a picnic.
5. New Wave Enviro Stainless Steel Food Container
When you pack your lunch where do you put it? If you put it on a plastic container now you've got a better choice. This food container is made from high-quality steel, feels solid and will not dent without putting a good fight. You can now feel safe taking your salad, sandwich or your other lunch menu.
