North to the South to the East and to the West

Earth Day

From the North to the South

To the East and to the West

Breezing through the grass and trees

Over the oceans, rivers and lakes

Grass, trees and flowers galore

Green, purple, yellow and blue

Precious soil full of grace

Providing food for all it's people

Mammals, Homo Sapiens, and reptiles

Survive through your fates

From the North to the South

To the East and to the West

Polluted air from factories and cars

Smog, smoke, and airborne diseases

Digging, cutting, and reproducing

Paper for oxygen and condos for species

Contamination that seeps through your soil

Transferring to water and food supplies

Mammal, Homo Sapiens, and reptiles

Survive through your fates

From the North to the South

To the East and to the West

Protect the air that we breathe

Through programs environmentalists approve

Stop the cutting down of trees

We all need the oxygen to breathe

Provide our soil with good nutrition

Do not empty your contamination

Mammal, Homo Sapiens, and reptiles

Earth Day is dedicated to you
