Nothing Beats Living in the Country

Ah yes, the famous debate of whether to live in the city or the country. This has to been one of the most important decisions people make in their lives. City living and country living are quite different from each other and offer two distinct ways of living. People need to weigh there likes and dislikes about their decision as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the choice they will inevitably have to make. It really boils down to what someone is ultimately looking for in what the want and how they want to live.

Country living does not mean that you have to be secluded from the amenities of city living, you might have to drive 20-30 minutes to get there. So what? Small price to pay to have a piece of mind and live where you can leave your doors unlocked at night. To be able live in a place where your children play outside and not worry if something bad is going to happen. To be able to have someplace to call your own; where everyone knows everybody.

The choice for me was and still is a very easy decision. For me, country living by far is the way to go. Country living can offer you the peace and quiet that you simply cannot find living in the city. I like the fact that in the country my neighbor does not live fifteen feet away from me. I like having the ability to let my children be able to run and play outside without worrying about busy city streets. Living in the country gives you a sense of freedom, you can be outside and not have everybody in the neighborhood watching your every move. To me, country living is what most Americans consider living the American dream. There is nothing quite like watching your kids being able to play in a big backyard or sitting on the porch at night with that special someone being able to watch the stars.
