With its mixture of family-friendly films for the holidays and award-garnering prestige titles, November is traditionally a good month for new releases at the box office. November 2010 looks to be no exception, with several highly anticipated films dropping in theaters, including the latest Disney production and part one of the final Harry Potter movie.

November 2010 New Releases: Friday, November 5th

Due Date: Starring Robert Downey, Jr. and Zach Galifianakis, this comedy from the director of The Hangover looks like it could be another truly funny adult comedy.

Megamind: Will Ferrell, Tina Fey and Brad Pitt lend their voices to this latest animated film from Dream Works studio.

For Colored Girls: Tyler Perry directs Janet Jackson and Loretta Devine in this adaptation of Ntozake Shange's moving play.

127 Hours: Based on the true story of climber Aron Ralston's against-all-odds survival, Danny Boyle's (Slumdog Millionaire) latest should be a compelling film.

November 2010 New Releases: Friday, November 12th

Unstoppable: Tony Scott directs this action-packed thriller about a runaway train filled with explosives, starring Denzel Washington and Star Trek's Chris Pine.

Morning Glory: This comedy from producer J.J. Abrams boasts quite the pedigree, from Harrison Ford and Diane Keaton to Rachel McAdams and Patrick Wilson. Even if romcoms aren't your thing, this film, which centers on the behind-the-scenes goings on of a morning news show, should be worth checking out.

Skyline: It's been a while since there's been a good "aliens threaten a major U.S. city" movie. Skyline hopes to fill that slot.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1: I'm sure most people already have this date circled on their calendar. The first part of the two-part Harry Potter finale premieres on November 19th, and is sure to be one of the most talked-about films of the holiday season.

The Next Three Days: Competing with Harry Potter this week is Paul Haggis' grown-up thriller starring Russell Crowe, Elizabeth Banks and Liam Neeson.

Tangled: Disney brings us their latest CG fairytale in Tangled, a retelling of Rapunzel starring Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi.

Burlesque: Christina Aguilera and Cher (along with Stanley Tucci and Kristen Bell) star in this musical about an L.A. nightclub. This film is sure to be campy fun.

Love and Other Drugs: Starring Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal, this serious romance should be elevated by the charisma of its cast.

November 2010 New Releases: Friday, November 26th

Red Dawn: Chris Hemsworth, Adrianne Palicki and Josh Peck star in this remake of the 1984 Patrick Swayze cult-classic.

The King's Speech: Sure to be the prestige film of the November releases, this drama stars Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush.

I'm pretty sure Red Dawn got pushed back to 2011 cause of MGM's financial troubles
