Located in the retail area of Silverdale, Novus is part of an 'L' shaped shopping strip at the corner of NW Randall Way & Silverdale Way. The storefront faces NW Randall Way. The business signage is large and very easy to see from the street. They are even easier to find when mentioning the fact that Domino's Pizza is on the corner.

The first thing I noticed about Novus was its great customer service. Upon calling the office to schedule an appointment, I was greeted very pleasantly by the person on the other end. One can tell a lot about a business by the way its phones are answered, in my opinion. The appointment setting went without a hitch. Throughout the conversation, I could hear a "smile in her voice". That is nice to hear. I then received easy to follow directions to the shop.

Upon arriving at the shop, I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The customer service lady pulled up my order and began filling out the paperwork. The process went quickly. My appointment time was kept, something I really appreciated. I decided to wait in the lobby while my car's windshield was being replaced, for my convenience. The lobby area had some chairs in it, along with reading material. The space was large enough to not feel cramped.

Besides windshield repair and replacement, I found out that Novus does scratch removal, antique restoration, window tinting, sunroofs, and glass & body graphics. Plus, they sell top of the line windshield wipers. Some of Novus's other branches (it is a franchise) work on both bedliners plus paint & dent repair.

One of the things I liked about Novus was the fact they have the 'Novus Guarantee'. This states that for as long as you own your car, your windshield repair will not crack and will pass all states' vehicle inspection. It is warranted against defects in material or workmanship. If this does happen, Novus will credit the repair cost towards a new windshield. Nice.

The location is also convenient. It is right down the street from the Kitsap Mall. It also is across the street from Jack In The Box. This makes for a welcome stop during the repair waiting process, especially during breakfast hours. For lunch or later, there is a Skipper's fast food eatery next to Jack In The Box.

The entire process of having my windshield replaced took only a few hours. The end result is very impressive and professional in appearance. When I received my car back after the replacement job was done, I was given instructions on how to take care of my new windshield. I also was given some ding patches to use in case I get any new dings. They are said to protect and save the windshield from further damage. Luckily, I have not had to use any yet.

Price-wise, Novus is very reasonable. Personally, they are quite impressive. After calling around the area to other shops, Novus offered me the best price. And, they are known for their high quality work. They also deal with insurance companies, if need be.

After dealing with Novus for my windshield replacement, I have nothing but positive comments to make. I highly recommend them without any reservations.
