You have to choose one of the plastic surgeons on the list and you have to catch the eye of enough benefactors to donate the money for your surgery. Donations are made directly and also come from chatting with the gentleman.
At My Free Implants, women can register to receive a free breast augmentation. To register you need your name or alias if you prefer a short biography, description of yourself, and photos to show your already perfect assets and those you may think need improvement. The men, also called benefactors on My Free Implants, can create an account and buy credits to send messages to the women on the site. Each message sent adds money to the women account towards their breast implant surgery. It is also possible for the benefactors to make direct donations to the girls.
From the pictures that they show on the My Free Implants site the women are willing to show hot and sexy pictures of themselves to grab a benefactor's attention. From skimpy lingerie to bikini tops they show off their assets or lack there of. There is a testimonials page where the lucky recipients who have had enough money donated thank their benefactors and show off the new and improved breasts.
After reading over the site, I am a bit skeptical. There are many mistakes and errors within the pages. On one page, it says that you can choose the surgery you want but then in the frequently asked questions it says they only offer free breast implants. Reading down a little further on the My Free Implants FAQ page, it says they have a variety of procedure to fit all their clients' needs.
So ladies and gentlemen here you go. If you are looking for larger breasts or want to help out a flat chested gal then www.myfreeimplants.com is the place for you.

Post a CommentThis in response to the comment to "pay for them yourself" a lot of woman can't afford to do that for many reasons, like myself, I have children to take care of and I am single, my ex-husband left me with bad credit also, I just don't understand why people think it's their buisness what other people do, if you don't like it then stay out of it, you don't have to look at the site or read anything about it, no one is holding a gun to your head are they, you should worry more about yourselves than what other people are doing

Why should Americans care about what other countries think? This idea - that we should care about what others think - is the same as the insecurity that makes young girls want implants.

Oh my gosh! I can't believe they would do this to try to get someone to pay for this procedure. If you are wanting this done, pay for it like everyone else.
