Nuclear Specter - Are You Ready?

With the specter of nuclear holocaust on the horizon the question "are you ready" becomes more and more relevant. Last year, the Lord gave me a dream, which was quite vivid. This is the opportune time to share it with you.

In this dream, I was somewhere in the southern part of the United States. How I knew that, I'm not sure. Anyway, President George W. Bush had just authorized the release of nuclear weapons against Russia (in the dream). I know that once Russia launches it's missiles against us, we have approximately 15 minutes to hide before their retaliatory strike arrives in the United States.

I remember that I was rushing my wife and one other person toward safety. We ran down a street and around a large white, wood-framed house. Behind the house was a white carport, under which were several black men. They were sitting on what appeared to be an old telephone pole. The roof of the carport was damaged somewhat.

Anyway, the men were sitting there like they either didn't care what was happening or didn't know. I kept on rushing my wife and this other person (I don't have a clue who that person was)... I was rushing them to move quickly to safety in the back of that building. The dream ended there.

For those of you who are uninterested (complacent), may I suggest that you pull your Bible out (Brush the dust off) and you will find the prophetic words of scripture unfolding before your eyes? Never has there been a time like the time in which we are now living today! Complacency is an invitation to death and destruction.

"And those of the people who understand shall instruct many; yet for many days they shall fall by sword and flame, by captivity and plundering." Daniel 11:33

The question is always, of those who listen, how many will hear? Pray for our world! Pray particularly for yourselves! Let me close by saying, for the believer, this is not a time to fear as those who have no hope; but it is a time for diligence... for taking the time... did you get that? ...Taking the time to get alone with Daddy and ask Him what you can do in this time. There is a huge harvest coming in. Unfortunately, today's modern, religious church hasn't begun to be ready to receive them. Ask Daddy what you can do to get ready!

"At the appointed time he shall return and go toward the south; but it shall not be like the former or the latter. For ships from Cyprus shall come against him; therefore he shall be grieved, and return in rage against the holy covenant, and do damage. So he shall return and show regard for those who forsake the holy covenant. And forces shall be mustered by him, and they shall defile the sanctuary fortress; then they shall take away the daily sacrifices, and place there the abomination of desolation.

Those who do wickedly against the covenant he shall corrupt with flattery; but the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits. And those of the people who understand shall instruct many; yet for many days they shall fall by sword and flame, by captivity and plundering. Now when they fall, they shall be aided with a little help; but many shall join with them by intrigue. And some of those of understanding shall fall, to refine them, purify them, and make them white, until the time of the end; because it is still for the appointed time." Daniel 11:29-35 NKJV
