Number 2 Bible Surroundings of Encouragement

Jenny Heart
March 2nd-2011 marks another day of opportunity for growth in our lives. Life is always throwing punches at us, whether it be small ones, or Big huge bombs of stress, and anxiety.

Here are a few Bible passages my daughter Stacy wanted me to share with you. She wants my readers to know that there is help out there in this stressful world, and it comes from the maker of heaven, and earth.

Stacy has an emotional disorder that leaves her stress, and exhausted a lot. Praying helps her, and sharing through God's work always calms her mood, to be able to hear the loving guidance from her family.

First passage my daughter has chosen is

Deuteronomy 5 verse 22

These word the Lord spake unto all your assembly in the mount out of the midst of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness, with a great voice: and he added no more. And he wrote them in two tables of stone, and delivered them unto me.

In the King's James Study Bible the word spake is written where I think spoke should have been. I decided to keep it like the Bible had it, just incase it meant the same in Bible term. Does anyone know if the word is misspelled in this Bible of mine?

This 22 verse is all about the people's fear it states at the beginning of the reading of this selected verse.

Second one:

Psalm 70 verse 5

But I am poor and needy; make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliver; O Lord, make no tarrying.

Psalms chapter 70 is about the prayer of deliverance as stated at the beginning of this verse. Think about reading this whole chapter to gain the full meaning behind it. The book of Psalms is always comforting to our family, and Stacy gains comforts from reading many verses in psalms.

Third one

Proverbs 4 verse 26

Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.

This verse states at the beginning it is about the father's wisdom.

Stacy knows that true wisdom comes from her father in heaven. Remember this is true for you readers as well. Where there is wisdom, there is guidance, if we choose to listen.

Last and fourth one:

Jeremiah Chapter 11 verse 5

That I may perform the oath which I have sworn unto your fathers, to give them a land flowing with milk and honey, as it is this day. Then answered I, and said, So be it, O Lord.

At the beginning of this verse it states it is about the broken covenant.

Stacy knows that she must listen to God's word wholeheartedly if she wants to prosper. This is the verse she chose to help readers understand that if they want to prosper as well, that they must follow God's word.

Stacy knows that the Bible surrounds her with comforting promises for each and every day of her life. She knows God will never let her down, this day or the next. She wanted me to share these comforting words of surrounding love from the one, and only Bible.

A few words here in this article look misspelled, or have wrong word placement choices. These exact words are from King James Study Bible

Nice words but I find that people interpret the bible to fit their own needs. You can quote it all you want, but it's the living it that is the real test and most people don't do it.

Jenny, thank you and your daughter for opening your heart of faith and sharing it with us.
Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes out of the mouth of God.
I also stand by faith In God's Word to keep going!
