Obama Birth Certificate Hypocrisy

William Browning
In a recent evening on CNN, Anderson Cooper interviewed Army Colonel Larkin who is refusing his deployment because he believes President Obama shouldn't be President. Why? Because allegedly he has not produced a birth certificate to prove he is a natural born citizen of the United States.

Let me get this straight. He's an active duty Lieutenant Colonel who has been in the military for 18 years and just now he feels compelled to challenge his Commander-in-Chief's right to order him around?

In the year 2000 George W. Bush won a lawsuit against Al Gore (Bush v. Gore) that gave the Supreme Court the authority to trample on the State of Florida's Constitutional right to determine its own electors to the Electoral College. Article II states "Each State shall appoint , in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors." Somehow the Supreme Court chose Bush as President and not the people who voted. In its own opinion the court stated "the state legislature chooses a statewide election as the means to implement its power to appoint members of the Electoral College."

So we've determined that the Supreme Court elected George W. Bush in 2000 and yet this same Colonel felt he was able to be President and followed his orders without question. What a difference two collapsed buildings make. At least President Obama doesn't feel like he has to lie to justify two wars to gain support of the people unlike HRH Bush.

Is this the best the Republicans can come up with? What a joke. The Birther Movement as it's been called must be Sarah Palin's doing. After all, her husband was a member of the Alaskan Independence Party. Yeah, I see Alaska raising a huge amount of tax money to raise an armed services for self defense from it's 600,000 people.

It begs the question: why do the Republicans feel like Obama doesn't deserve the Presidency? As if impeaching Clinton for lying about having an affair wasn't enough to make a mockery of our political system now you want to take a man down for earning his way to the highest office in the land?

The spineless Democrats in Congress shut their mouths and did not impeach Bush for getting us involved in a war that we had no business started in Iraq. Yet the Greatly Outdated Pathetics (that's GOP) tried to expel the President for lying about having sex. Yep, I was right. Pathetic.

Chief Justice John Roberts couldn't help but start the jibes as soon as Obama started when Roberts butchered the Oath of Office. I had that sucker memorized since high school and I knew it better than Roberts did.

Larkin is risking not only his Army career but his retirement benefits such as a pension by doing this. He's risking everything he's worked for just on this one principle? How much is the RNC paying him? Seriously. Like Sarah Palin and Joe the Plumber I'm sure the RNC will pick up the tab for doing their dirty work. Larkin's court martial is June 11, 2010. I'll be watching the World Cup.

the birth certificate that he did produce was fake. it was just s document saying there was another document lol. if you look at it, theres no seal or border like the others. it doesnt even have the hospital name where he was born. all it is, is a certificate of live birth, which is only proof that he is and was alive. not where or even when he was born.

exactly...if he really is a citizen then why wont he produce a birth certificate?
it would be very easy and very possible. every other president has. i think its odd that many people knew about this before he became president and all the other weird stuff goin on with him and he still became president. i think it was fixed. its the illuminati

The man was born in farking Hawaii. Hawaii became a state in 1959. Obama was born in 1961. What the f*ck is wrong with people who think he isn't American! That is the worst insult I've ever heard! Not to mention even he was born in Hawaii before 1959 Hawaii was a territory of the United States and there for a part of the United States. This is riduclous crap!

so, what is the problem, for Obama to show his birth certificate? If he has nothing to hide, what is wrong?

President Obama has already released a legal birth certificate, issued by the state of Hawaii, that lists his place of birth as Hawaii. These whining losers wont accept anything so why should he bother? As for the "dual loyalty" thing, that's just plain stupid. A baby isn't stamped with loyalty to a country at birth because of where is father was born.

I have done a lot of research on the requirements for being a "natural born citizen" since my third son was born in Norway and not the US. A natural born citizen is defined as one who is eligible for US citizenship upon birth, not necessarily one who was born inside the United States. My son is a natural born US citizen, because he was born to a mother who is a US citizen, even though he was born overseas. The birthers arguments are ludicrous on so many levels.
