Obama Decides to Sue Alabama Because of Its New Immigration Law to Protect the State and Citizens from Foreign Invaders Instead of Fixing the Economy

It has been pretty evident that Barack Hussein Obama is more concerned with pandering to special interest groups for votes than actually leading and being President of the United States of America. I have never seen both parties as divided as they are now. Most people want to cry racism than see the fact that this man was not ready to lead and is taking the country down a very dangerous road. He has spent like a teenager with his parent's credit cards, presented policies that have only mad the economy worse and probably has created more racists than ever among various races. He plays racial politics like it's an ok thing to do.


On June 9th of this year Alabama Governor Robert Bentley signed what is considered an even tougher illegal alien enforcement bill than the one signed by Janet Brewer of Arizona. The law gives more leeway in dealing with illegal alien invaders who venture into Alabama and makes it very clear to them they are not welcome. The law allows police to detain anyone they have reasonable suspicion to believe is not lawfully in the country. The simple answer to this is to carry ID with you. If someone does not have any ID and does not know any English I believe a reasonable person might think they are an illegal invader to our nation. The law becomes more controversial in trying to deal with the problems illegal immigrant children using our tax dollars in our schools. Federal law requires that even illegal invaders receive a free public education. The reality is that when the case was initially ruled on in 1982 illegal invaders were not anywhere near the problem they are now. The courts, which are not elected, left the states with an unfunded mandate to education (try in most cases since they don't know English) these people. Alabama has simply stated that they want the citizenship of students verified before they can be registered for school. They are still going to let the child attend school, but I am sure once it is found out they are an illegal invader their parents and them will be reported to ICE and hopefully deported. Obviously the intent for this is that the illegal invaders will go elsewhere to places they might be wanted like California.

Defenders of the law point to the costs of illegal immigration (see sources) as a major drain on state budgets. This is very challenging with the overall economic decline that we are currently in and don't seem to be recovering from anytime soon. Republican state Representative, and the bill's sponsor, Mickey Hammon stated "The Obama administration and the federal bureaucrats have turned a blind eye toward the immigration issue and refuse to fulfill their constitutional duty to enforce laws already on the books, Now, they want to block our efforts to secure Alabama's borders and prevent our jobs and taxpayer dollars from disappearing into the abyss that illegal immigration causes." Supporters like Hammon have much ammunition and can point to things like the Democrats constantly trying to reward illegal behavior with things like the Dream Act, which a majority of Americans are against. When you consider just Americans who actually pay taxes instead of live off of them (as many illegal invaders and anchor babies do) it is a super majority. They also point to all the issues the country is facing and Obama is still pandering to the Latino vote and talking about amnesty or pathways to citizenship for these criminals. He has also used executive orders to stifle deportations telling ICE directors not to deport students and people like that in spite of the fact they are criminals and here illegally. One Latino female supposedly can cost tax payers millions of dollars when you factor in their breeding habits that rival many rodents and insects it is not hard to figure out how one illegal student left in the country can cost the tax payers plenty. I am speaking of illegal Latinos in that comment and no offense is meant to anyone legally here except anchor babies. I could care less if I offend one of them. Their presence offends me and should any other patriotic American. Obama does not care about the cost though. He just wants the votes. Notice when the debt ceiling debate was not going his way he mentioned that social security checks might not go out. He did not mention WIC, food stamps, and so forth. If you are too stupid to know why I will not tell you, but clearly race baiting was the reason as social security is much whiter than those other programs when you view racial demographics as a percentage of population.

If you want to see why Alabama and other states are passing laws like these you need to look no further than the state of California. They spend billions on various social programs for illegal invaders every year. Their Governor has just signed a bill to give illegal invaders in state tuition further rewarding these criminals. This is what could happen to the rest of the country if it does not stop. People just do not want to see it. Blacks are especially harmed by illegal immigration yet blacks vote for people like Obama, Pelosi, and Reid and have a higher unemployment rate and less net worth now than in the past 20 years. Talk about cutting your nose off to spite your face. This country could become that way. More illegal invaders mean more anchor babies, more anchor babies mean more liberal voters, more liberal voters mean more people like Obama in office, more people like him in office mean justices like Kagan. That could mean we can lose our second amendment rights, pay higher taxes to support all of these illegal invaders and every other liberal cause they can think of. When people think illegal immigrants don't hurt anyone they really are not looking at the big picture or really don't love this country and want to see it destroyed.

Opponents of the law make the usual claim that it's not fair and it's racist. How is it not fair to keep people out of the country or a state that have no right to be there? U.S. Attorney Joyce Vance had this to say, "To put it in terms we relate to here in Alabama, you can only have one quarterback in a football game. In immigration, the federal government is the quarterback," first off I think she was implying people in Alabama are dumb and can only understand football. In football terms the federal government is dropping all the snaps from center, throwing interceptions anytime he passes, and Obama as the coach is shaving points to pander to the Latino vote.

There are some people who like to point at inflated numbers of deportations the Obama administration has made in the fight against illegal immigration. The reality is part of this is very selective and done just to make the claim he is enforcing immigration laws. If he were he would not being suing the state of Alabama and Arizona (and probably Georgia and others) over their new laws. These laws mirror federal legislation unlike sanctuary cities that are in direct violation of federal law. He is doing this plainly and simply to pander to the Latino vote. It appears the majority ( not all) Latinos see nothing wrong with illegal immigration and that people should be able to come here and rape our country's social programs like WIC, welfare, food stamps, public housing, and education including free lunches for illegal immigrants and their anchor babies.

There are many people who will say that "Undocumented immigrants can't get those benefits''. That is completely untrue. Anchor babies are considered U.S. citizens because of a misinterpretation of the 14^th Amendment and given U.S. citizenship at their birth. This in effect rewards their parents for their criminal activities. Some of these children do grow up to be very productive, but most grow up hating America, viewing our immigration laws as wrong, and are usually raised on our tax dollars. One example of this is an email I received from the Latino Group La Raze (translated the race). It said that 42% of those receiving WIC are Latino and more than 50% of Latinos are on Medicaid. They did not differentiate between legal, illegal, and anchor baby in the articles. I am sure a good amount of those numbers include anchor babies and illegal invaders who could have used stolen documentation to get the benefits, but no one wants to see the problems that illegal invaders cause this nation.

I think this is horrible and I can't believe a president of the United States is actually doing this. What is really sad is how many people still support him. Considering the damage illegal aliens cause the black community (competition for the same jobs and benefits) I am really surprised they have not pushed the Democratic Party to stop pandering to the Latino vote and forget about the black community who helped elect Obama. America is heading to ruin and people do not see it. If you want to see what the future of America is look at California as I said. It was not always that way in the state, but the illegal invaders came and kept coming and breeding and now they are basically in control.

Wake up America. Get involved and stop this madness. I am a Democrat. Have been one my whole life and will be one when they back the hearse up. I will tell you this though that any vote for a democrat (with very few exceptions) is a vote against America and a vote for illegal invaders. We found out that democrats are not independent (at least in the Senate) when Obamacare was forced on us. The same thing will happen if they are a vote or two short of an amnesty. I also advise any patriotic American to exercise your second amendments rights (check state and local laws) and purchase some firearms and ammunition. IT seems like our country could be heading for another War Between the States. This one will be conservative versus liberal as opposed to North versus South.
