Obama, Is He from Memphis?
Memphis- like Corruption All to Familiar to Obama's Style
In the recent views of Obama, all I see is an all too familiar Willie Harrington, Mayor again of Memphis. In America who you are associated with in your circle of friends, is who you are represented to be. Am I right? I mean, what's next? Is Obama going to start the slogan Shake them Haters off? Is he going to refuse a drug test because he doesn't have to take it? Who makes the rules here? Do we the people or does the man in the office? When was the last time we had a say on what war we went to and why we done it. We have war everyday in our streets, corruption in every fold of the city, and we want to put more in our offices? We are filling our nation with corruption and hypocritical politicians. We aren't talking about who smoked marijuana as a teen or who avoided the war, or who committed adultery here people. Wake up! We are talking about ruining our nation with someone who is tied to scandalists and fraudulents. Jeremiah Wright is this man's pastor for how many years and now that he is in the spotlight, Obama screams, I am dropping him because I don't agree with his views?! Then why the hell did he pick him to begin with? He claims friendship with Geraldine Ferraro who is being looked into for corruption. Also Obama doesn't want vote calculations to be redone in some of our states.
We as Americans, really need to pay attention to the people we pick before they get into the hot seat. When are we going to take responsibility for what we choose and why. Do we really want a Memphis style capital? When are we going to look at the big picture before we make the mistake of what we choose? When are we going to stand up for what we believe in?

You are coming from a complete racist perspective. I do agree with you that he wasn't a great mayor. Since when do big cities have honest politicians anyway, look at Chicago's mayor. It sucks, but I think our president is an exceptional man, unlike these questionable small fish you are comparing him too. If you looked at every one of your own friends, you probably would find a few flaws in your aquaintances too. That doesn't make you a bad person. What makes you a bad person is being a dumbass. As far as his preacher, Obama doesn't seem strongly religious in the first place, so how can a minister threaten to be an influence ? " Memphis style Capitol ? " What the hell does that mean -- AND LEARN HOW TO SPELL CAPITOL there is an O instead of an A when you are referring to Washington D.C.
Well, I don't know about comparing Obama to Willie Herenton. . .Herenton is a thug, where as Obama has done some volunteering in the world and community- things you probably wouldn't ever catch Willie doing; but interesting take on it with this article.
