Obama Holds Doctors' Summit

Just Place the Patient's on Hold, Please

You have to hand it to President Obama. He is good as they come and his Chicago-style bullying keeps getting better. If you don't succeed the first time, second time, third time, fourth time, well you get the picture, well as the old saying goes, try again.

His latest move is if he cannot get his healthcare reform passed, let's call the doctors from around the country, have a summit, then have the doctors stand in unison and sing "We are the World." So what is Obama's tactic this time?

Invite doctors to a summit and show the world that he really is the savior of mankind but always pick those who support you agenda - for liberals, it is mandatory; no exceptions.

Given the fact that the doctors are on the front line of healthcare then surely the American people, all 300 million will listen to these doctor's and say - Okay, we say uncle, we give up, you are right, let's pass this nationalized healthcare. This sly claim by Obama just goes to show how far he is willing to go to get his way. I guess the next step, if this stunt fails, is to round up funeral home directors from around the nation and show the experience they have as they are on the front line of deaths that occur every day - I bet the order for empty caskets is in motion as I type this.

As it is known in life, once a person is dead, there is no way of bringing them back to showcase them in a summit that death is real. Death takes no sides in the political world and yet, all of these doctors that were invited to the summit - yes, you guessed it, every one of those doctor's support Obama's healthcare initiative. What a surprise there - the cookie is out of the jar but for good measure, White House spokesman Reid Cherlin states, "They were not invited based on their support for a public option." Really, did they hold a summit lottery and it just so happens that all these "for a government-run healthcare option" doctors won?

Doctors for America - a group that strongly supports a government-run insurance option - spokeswoman Megan Smith told FOXNews.com that about 98% of these doctors within the organization support the public option. Then she states, that 40 of the 150 invited were from Doctors of America. So that means the remaining who showed up, the 110 do not support a government-run insurance option?

If you don't like hotdogs, would you enter a hotdog eating contest?

How's this for a twist. The Obama administration didn't invite another organization, "Mad as Hell Doctors", a group of physicians advocating a single-payer system who had asked President Obama to be invited.

Quite interesting isn't it that Obama "only" invited on group of physicians and left everyone else out. Surely that is no surprise because Obama has an agenda and he intends to pass it regardless of what the American people think and want. Besides, the agenda is quite clear when a physician made a comment that he was chosen to attend because he has been heavily involved in promoting reform in his home state of Pennsylvania - Oops, another gaff.

So there you go, the lies and deception continue to mount from the Obama administration and trust me they won't let up on the deceptions anytime soon. They don't care about what Americans think or feel about anything and when it comes to their own lives, the government has no business interfering and quite frankly, is unconstitutional - for those who understand the Constitution - which from my standpoint, many don't understand the Constitution at all - government-run schools made sure of that.

President Obama and his administration need to understand that they serve the people, but obviously, their arrogance is off the charts and they stand by it.

Naturally one has to wonder if those who showed up at this summit were really in fact "real doctors" or just some left-over ACORN outcasts who won the lottery to attend the summit and the door prize - white coats for all and a photo-op - now smile and say cheese.
