Obama Inauguration Estimated Cost $160 Million Dollars for Americans

Phillip W. Chambley
Forget about this ceremony and split it up between all Americans, especially those hard working year long company employees that have recently been laid off from their jobs. A lot of these people are also faced with losing their homes because the economy has got so bad in the past year. It's truly amazing that NO matter how bad the economy gets, politicians always seem to have plenty of money to spend.

During this time of our 2009 recession, this "Gigantic" ceremonial party seems to be a joke for certain American contributors. The reason why is because these people have plenty of money to throw around, and could care less about the "Little People" here in America that have made them rich and or famous because of their hard work from our American spending dollars.

Although, the majority of this money comes from private company contributions, Hollywood celebrities and other federal budget plans allowed for each presidential inauguration. I just think this huge pile of cash could be used for something better than a swearing in party. I personally voted for Obama. This guy is "Great!" I just hope he can bring the economy back to good health, and laid off workers can return with full pay.

Internet rumors have stated that NO one seems to know exactly how much this event will cost. American news persons have speculated as much as $160 million U.S. dollars. However, the exact price seems to be unknown? Is it 50 million or 160 million? President Bush has declared a state of emergency federal funding for this event because of the additional thousands of spectators for this historical occaision regarding a first time Black man is elected president.

Hopefully, there will not be any racial violence during this event. Washington D.C. security experts have decided to plant plain clothes personnel throughtout the crowd looking for any "suspicious persons" whom may want to hurt our new president or audience with bombs or guns. Atmosphere travel is only limited to CIA and FBI security personnel such as airplanes and helicopters as usual for these special Washington D.C. events.

Al Gore (politician) constantly talks about the enviroment and what we can do to make this a better earth. But, at the same time travels all across America in a huge jet plane that burns up fuel that causes problems with our ozone layer. It's obvious this former political deomocratic figure does NOT care about "Little" American citizens, but only himself. I am sure he has donated thousands of dollars to this democratic historical event without any financial loss.

Barrack Obama (democrat) seems to have a tremendous amount of fans and support for his future as president, especially since so many people have supported his outrageous priced historical inauguration. The question remains? "Will Obama continue to support his goals and statements?" Or will he just simply turn out to be another spendful U.S. polititician who does NOT care?

Unfortunately, at this time in America. Obama faces one of the worst economic challenges since the great depression of the 1930's which caused the U.S.A. near bankrupt. Obama has a lot of plans for economic growth, but will the White politicians in Congress and Legislature go along with his votes simply because he is the first Black Man ever elected president?

Will these White republican politicians agree with Obama's new terms? Ironically, gas prices have decreased at a tremendous rate since president Bush has finally decided to come forward and do something about the nations economy at the last minute, which also makes Americans "wonder?" Because, him and his entire family are rich because of the oil industry.
