Obama, Just Present the Documents!

With all the negative campaigning, the vast majority of Americans have put one item in the list of negative smears that doesn't belong, the case of Philip J Berg vs Barack Obama. Berg is a loyal Democrat that supported Hilary. When he investigated Obama's past, he concluded that Obama was not a natural born citizen. This would eliminate him from the race.

Rather than produce the documents for the court, as McCain did when there were similar charges, Obama's team used various means to dodge the bullet. He posted the certificate on a website and then had Fact Check, an Obama friendly site check it. They, however, showed a different certificate than the original site. Next came the lawyers that did everything they could to postpone the hearing until after the election including filing a protective order.

So, why not just have your people send the birth certificate to the court? It seems simple enough. However, that has never been done. Are we, the American people about to vote in an election where one candidate does not meet the constitutional requirements for president? If so, what would happen? Was this an intention of Soros who backs Obama and hates America. Imagine if Obama is elected and then was found ineligible. The country would be in disarray. The value of the dollar would drop sharply and then Soros could walk in and destroy the economic system.

There is only one way to solve the dilemma. Produce the records in court. When McCain's citizenship was questioned, he provided open disclosure. There has been no open disclosure in anything about Obama' past. If this is a smear campaign, providing documents to the court is a simple way to make it go away.

Some of the discrepancies in the case for Obama's citizenship include the fact that Obama says he was born in one hospital in Hawaii and his sister, who claims to have been there, states another. Another problem is that his paternal grandmother says he was born in Kenya and she witnessed it. There is a barrage of different motions that could have been avoided. The Pennsylvania Attorney Berg filed a Request for Admissions over a month ago, on September 15, 2008. The DNC and Obama had thirty days to respond or the admissions are accepted as correct. It isn't that the DNC or Obama are unaware of this gentleman's suit. On October the 6th of this year both filed for a protective order to delay discovery in the trial.

While some will say that Obama posted his birth certificate on a website, if you or I ignored a court order and posted the information on a website, we would be ruled against so fast our head would spin. Just take the dang birth certificate to the court. That's all Berg wants and frankly, right now that's all I'd like too. Share the same responsibility under the law as the rest of us.
