Obama Lawsuit: Citizen or Not?
Philip J. Berg States that Barack Hussein Obama is Ineligible to Run for President
Obama's citizenship is being questioned in several different ways. First, is whether or not he was actually born in Hawaii. If he was born in Hawaii, in 1961, He was born on US soil. There is one group that would even dispute that Hawaii is US soil, but the allegation in the lawsuit suggests that Obama was already born In Kenya before he ever made it to Hawaii. Several Of Obama's own relatives say he was born in Kenya, and his Mother flew herself and the infant Barack Obama to get his birth registered as if he was born in Hawaii, making him a US Citizen. The birth certificate lists the race of his father as "African". In 1961, that would not be the term used to designate a race. Berg has additional evidence that the birth certificate was a forgery, including the fact that there is no record of his birth in any hospital in Hawaii.
The suit also claims that even if Obama had an American citizenship, he lost it when his mother married another man and the whole family moved to Indonesia. This action gave Obama an Indonesian citizenship. This would also put into question if he were an American citizen even now.
According to the suit, Obama flew to Pakistan in 1981 using an Indonesian Passport. There is evidence that also has Obama with a Kenyan citizenship. To have loyalties divided among three countries would make a person ineligible to run for president according to Berg.
What might be Philip Berg's motivation for this lawsuit? Well, as it turns out, Berg is a big Hillary Clinton supporter. If any action takes place on this lawsuit, it is Hillary's last chance to run for president in 2008.
If that is the motivation, or not, we really need for the people running for President to be eligible in the first place. There was a question about McCain's citizenship as he was born in the Panama Canal Zone while it was a US possession. That has already been cleared up, as he was born to parents who were both US Citizens.

Post a CommentI have carefully studied the issue of Senator Obama's constitutional eligibility to be president, and have written a book on this subject.
The link below will take you to a page where you can download a free book sampler (39 pages).
Here's the bottom line. We have two questions: first, whether a person is eligible to be president, and second, who decides whether a person is eligible. The answer to the second question is clear from the 12th Amendment -- the Electoral College is in charge -- at least to this degree: If a majority of presidential Electoral ballots are for one person, that person "shall be the president".
Now you don't have to buy the book. Actually, there's more involved -- including the 20th Amendment, and this question (which the book doesn't attempt to answer): why did Senator Obama and the media duck this issue in the recent campaign.

You should probably read what it says about being a natural citizen. Easy to check out on the internet from multiple sources so no child born to an American oversees is really an American based on what some of you are saying. That isnt true.

As an Obama supporter, I know I'm supposed to be insulted by this "Kool-aid" reference... but, try as I might... I just don't know what you're talking about... perhaps one of you McCainiacs could explain to me what this refers to?
One last thought.... If Obama had really posted a forged or misrepresented documented on the web and lied about being a citizen, he would be guilty of forgery, fraud and immigration violations. The FBI, ICE and any number of federal prosecutors could gain acces to his official birth records so, unless they (along with FOX News) are all in on the plot, you're wasting your time with this.
Also, if you read this current suit, you'll see that his first three points of "evidence" are 2 citations from wikipedia (one Italian) and "internet rumors" There's a reason why the judge called his case a "unworthy of discussion" and a "venture into the unreasonable" when he dismissed it.
PATRICIA - BTW -- I wrote about this here before, but if you want to use BERG, the person who filed the lawsuit against Obama... look up the case he filed against Bush(and all of his staff) in 2003. He accused them of being an organized crime family responsible for the 9/11 deaths... look it up. I'm giving one site, but if you google, you'll find many more. This guy will do anything for attention and money.
