Obama Says Immigration Laws Are Ultimately Unenforceable, I Say B.S
With a Little Backbone and Creativity We Can Easily Get This Done
I say that is a bunch of BS. There are some ridiculously simple ways to round up the illegal immigrants and deport them, all we need is the backbone. Here's how.
First of all, we know where they are
Yes we really do. In fact, many local governments have even built "day laborer centers" specifically to make them easier to find! So how hard is that? Even without those, just about everybody knows a Home Depot, gas station, or just a corner where day laborers hang out. You can't miss them, they try and flag you down as you go by.
I'll be the first to admit that these will all quickly become ghost towns as soon as you start targeting them but that's ok, that's the point. If you make something comfortable for somebody then they will do it more, make it difficult and you'll see less. I don't know why local governments can't figure this out, it worked for street prostitution. Years ago street prostitution was a huge problem but not anymore. How? The police simply focused their attention on those areas. When they moved to a different area they moved too. How hard is that?
Second, Catching them will be easy at first
In the movies we all see them running when they think they see immigration. But have you ever stopped or even slowed down anywhere near a day laborer hang out? They almost fight each other just to get in your car! All you have to do is pull up in a pickup truck and yell "I need five!" Within seconds you'll have your five and off you go- straight to the detention center. How hard is that?
So where do we get the pickup trucks?
Once again this is easy. Back in the eighties the police figured out that they could get away with seizing vehicles and other property used in crimes. Well isn't hiring illegal workers a crime? Focus on contractors for awhile and you'll get all the pickups you'll need. You can even sell their tools and equipment for gas money! Another added bonus would be contractors will then be less likely to hire illegal workers which means that there will either be more at the hang outs or maybe they will see there is less work and go home. Maybe we'll even "create" some jobs for once. How hard is that?
Ok, so how do we get them back to their home country
Ok first we have to recognize the fact that most illegal immigrants are from Mexico so how can we get people back to Mexico? Easy, here's how. We keep hearing that one of the biggest costs of hosting illegal immigrants is there burden on the public school system, in fact a recent study (link to FoxNews) confirms this. So clearly school districts have an incentive to help out. What does every school district have that usually sits around all summer long? School busses. If we do this over the summer we can easily solve the transportation problems. Paying for gas would be the next problem. But as I mentioned, school districts would surely make out well if they threw in a tank or two of gas. If anything I'm sure we can pass the hat around and get plenty of donations. How hard is that?
