"Obama is Wasting Millions on Unproven Technology"

The subject is Clean Energy from Coal.

Putting the name of Obama in the title may have brought more readers to the original article. But the authors conveniently forgot they were dealing with science and technology, and not dirty politics.

In the first article they essentially said:

Yes, if we try it in USA it is a big mistake and American President is a demon!

In the second, they said:

Chinese are trying it, so they are Gods. Then came down heavily on US scientists for not doing the same!

What type of journalism is that? When did journalism become another name for skulduggery?

If the US government tries to help its scientists to try Clean Coal, it is an unpardonable sin. But if they do it in Communist China, it is Godly.

Are they trying to prepare us into buying Chinese technology by preventing American scientists from developing it?

And the authors of the prestigious New York newspaper claim they are Americans.

Now let me be a bit arrogant and ask the authors and the publisher:

Are you really American patriots or traitors?

How long will you think you can misinform and manipulate American public?

The problem with the mainstream media is two-fold:

1. Most of them, overpopulated by babyboomer generation (I belong to that), think the same old tricks that enslaved this country through weed and hooch, peppered on the outside with music and arts, can be used again and again.

2. They conveniently and foolishly forget that unlike the babyboomer generation, today's younger generation have computers and internet at just arm's lengths to verify whatever they are writing.

The more they indulge in this double-dealing activities under the cover of freedom of speech, more and more people are turning to citizen journalists online for knowing the truth.

And readers don't feel pressurized by online citizen journalists because if I write for something or some ideology, they can read the very opposite on the subject just a few headlines above or below it. And readers can form their independent opinion based on that. They can even verify both arguments using independent online resources, that are only a few clicks away.

No wonder, by spreading babyboomer type manipulative gossips and lies, some newspapers in Boston have died or are dying.

And that will be the fate of New York newspapers too, if they don't stop manipulative reporting. That won't change even if they are as old as USA.

If they disparage USA and praise China, they may as well start publishing from Beijing!

If they want to be happy with China advancing, they have the right to be. I am not jealous on foreigners making such advancement as everybody, including Chinese, needs energy.

But insisting that such advances or even trying for that in USA is Satanic is preposterous. That is a treacherous act when it is done by Americans. America cannot be misled and tarnished by journalists sitting in skyscrapers in New York just to get paid by their wily employers.

Obama is a human being whom we elected to be our President for a fixed term with a maximum limit of eight years. That has nothing to do with our energy or technology needs for the coming decades and centuries.

Diploma in journalism is no unrestricted license to play politics with science.

Science and technology has nothing to do with Right or Left, Liberal or Conservative, White or Black, Democrat or Republican. They all need energy.

By allowing their journalists to play lying, manipulative Gods, the print media have started digging their own graves.
