Obama: I Will Not Release Osama Bin Laden Death Photos [PHOTOS]
PLUS: Fake Osama Bin Laden Death Photos Circulate Internet (PHOTOS)
Today, though an early White House press briefing gave no new information regarding images or pictures of Osama Bin Laden's body, CBS apparently got the scoop that the sought-after images will remain sealed. White House spokesman Jay Carney later announced the decision.
Obama: White House Will Not Release Osama Bin Laden Death Photos
President Obama will appear on 60 Minutes Sunday in an interview taped today for CBS, and in the interview, the President reportedly tells Americans he will not release the Osama Bin Laden death photos many want to see. President Obama said, "We don't trot this stuff out like trophies." Obama continued, " Given the graphic nature of these photos, I think releasing them would create some national security risk."
CBS correspondent Steve Kroft conducted the first interview President Obama has given since Osama Bin Laden was killed in a raid in Pakistan on May 1. The 60 Minutes interview was taped inside the White House and will air Sunday, May 8 on CBS. Check your local listings for time and channel in your area.

Don't tell me you guys are actually going to believe they killed him without seeing some sort of proof. I don't believe it for a second without pictures. They could have captured him and be keeping him in Guantanamo (which Obama promised to close down...) for whatever sick reason they can come up with.
What I voted for was change and transparency; not more lies, wars and corporate BS. I had hoped he would make good on this, but he sold us out yet again. Here is one supporter he just lost.
interesting,

I don't want to see them so I'm glad that they won't be released.
I'm glad this President chose to calm rather than to inflame, deciding instead not to increase the danger to our troops and US citizens living abroad. It is enough to know that bin Laden can do no further harm, but I'd wager that the video and/or photos and will be leaked by someone at some point.
I agree with Bill!
a wise decision
