Obama Winning in Early Returns from SC

Clintons Attacks on Obama Don't Work

Donnell Russell
The Clintons tried every dirty political trick they could thing of but failed to dupe South Carolina primary voters. The media too learns that Obama is not only Blacker than Bill Clinton he is also better for South Carolina and the nation than Hillary Clinton.

Hillary and Bill Clinton leveled misleading attacks about Barack Obama and his supposed praise for Ronald Reagan's and the republican party's politics. Oddly enough both Bill Clinton and Hillary have a history of Reagan praise. Here are two examples:

Hillary Clinton: Reagan "Understood" Economic Pressures On The Working And Middle Class, "He Played The Balance And The Music Beautifully."

In dedicating the Reagan building, Bill Clinton said, "The only thing that could make this day more special is if President Reagan could be here himself. But if you look at this atrium, I think we feel the essence of his presence: his unflagging optimism, his proud patriotism, his unabashed faith in the American people. This is a day of honoring the legacy of President Reagan. As I stand within the Reagan Building I am confident that we will again make the right choices for America, that we will take up where President Reagan left off -- to lead freedom's march boldly into the 21st century."

The Clintons are power hungry liars who will say anything to win. The only thing I give them credit for is being two people in America that truly believe that Obama can win, which is why the stoop so low to try and derail him. It won't work.

By the way the term Reagan democrats isn't fiction. The man carried 49 states with no charge of massive voter fraud by the democratically controlled congress. So unless there were a few million republican epileptics in the voting booths a democrat or two voted for Reagan.

South Carolina was not fooled and neither should the rest of the country. Go Obama.

I am a two-time combat vet and proud Sergeant in the US Army national Guard and I hate war (mostly becuase as a soldier I get to fight them). War is the failure of diplomacy. or in the case of the Bush Administration a great way to raise the stock price of Halibuton

Actually I was thinking less about endorsements and more about actually voting for the endorsed candidate. In my head to endorse someone means one is voting for that person; hence my disappointment. Kareem Abdu Jabar (spell check?) echoed my sentiments. My military vet son-in-law and I often butt heads on the war in Iraq. I still have visions of children with body parts strewn across the streets gratis US bombs. Those children were innocent and not my enemy. I am one of those Code Pink ladies that petitioned Hillary to show some female compassion in the matter. Iraq had nothing to do with the "9/11" attack and the war made the USA guilty of global war crimes, which inspired hatred of all US citizens. Deez wrote a good article on why those babies and children are being slaughtered, so that, as a female, I find Hillary's attitude sickening. It is only my opinion that war should be a last resort to solve problems. Perhaps it should be run like a football game in a stadium where innocent

    Deez,

The key is to keep Paul's message alive after the campaign within Obama's administration (okay I jumped the gun) within the next presidnts administration.

Oprah, Magic? Celebrity endorsements only matter if they are likely to influence people who actually vote. I know sports fans, Laker fans that loved to watch Magic play but found it painful to hear him commentate a game.

Your man seems to be doing well. Better than mine!

Love that line "only two people in America...". Yet South Carolina looks like this: D-Barack Obama 295,091 to R-John Mc Cain 147,283. Obama won in all counties with rather high percentages except one which Edwards took with 46%, Clinton 29% and Obama 26%. Nice that Carolyn Kennedy S. wrote an Op Ed for the New York times endorsing Senator Obama. I must say I was disappointed with Magic Johnson's endorsement of Hillary. To me it is like endorsing corruption.
