Obama's Breaking Up of Large Companies

Are you ready for more socialism? Obama now wants to make all of the large companies in this country break in to much smaller companies. Obviously there could be a couple of ideas behind this. Most of which is another power grab for the federal government.

The reason being given for this is simple; they state that they want to do it so big business isn't able to take a loss like the crash on wall street again. Although we know that giving more control to the government is not the right answer.

Not only that, but this will make people not want to open business in this country. Just think about this; let's say that you decide you want to open a business; the idea is to grow the business as big as you can right?

But you don't want the federal government to get involved, and tell you how to run your business; do you? You'd rather do it on your own; make you own way in the business world. You really don't need some bureaucrat telling you how fast, or how big you company can grow.

It will cost these business more money if they have to split up in to smaller companies. They have to go out and buy more buildings, and more furniture and computers. This can cost hundreds of thousands dollars for some of these businesses.

If they want to do this so bad; possibly they should start with two of their own businesses. How about downsizing Fannie-Mae, and Freddy-Mac; how about putting some controls on your own ventures guys. What's good for the goose; is good for the gander.

By breaking up these large companies Obama will also make them less of a threat to him. A smaller company has less power to get things done. By all means let's make things easier for them to do. Being as how they already do as they please; I don't know if it could get any easier for them.

I am sick of all of the government take overs of different industries in this country. It's time for the people to start paying attention to what is going on in this country. We need to step up, and pull the reigns hard; we need to stop this rampage from destroying our country.

The breaking of people dreams is not the way to fix things. All this will do in the end is make people not want to open a business in this country. It's making me seriously reconsider opening my shop again. I want nothing to do with Obama in my shop.

I do plan to grow my shop in to a large business; this is something that I have always wanted to do. It's a lot more scary these days; with the government wanting to control everything. Pretty soon we won't be able to flush the toilet without consulting the Whitehorse first.

Where does the idea that government knows all come from? It's obvious that the private sector does much better at running a business then the government does. Just look at social security, it went bankrupt not to long ago; of course they refunded it, but this won't last long.

Obama touted how well social security has done; yeah look at how well it's done. We need to look at these things that he tells us to look at. We all ready know that he's probably going to do what he want's anyway; but we should at least try to stop this from happening.

This is anti-business legislation, and it will stop people form opening businesses in this country. It's hard enough for people to look at the economy, and want to open a business now. They have to be able to take a lot more risk then they normally would.

We need more businesses to open if we plan to pull our country out of this economic hardship. We need more people who are willing to take the risk; but they don't want to be told how successful they can be. They don't want daddy constantly looking over their shoulder.

We need to make it easier for people to open businesses in this country. This country by it very nature is pro business. According to the constitution people are allowed the pursuit of happiness; if success is a way to create happiness; then this is an unconstitutional idea in the first place.

We need to shrink the size of government; not grow it. We that people are in charge of this country; not the federal government. They don't know more then we do; they don't run their own affairs in a legal way, and they don't follow the constitution of this country.
