Obama's Health Care Reform the Public Plan

In Obama's health care reform he would force all Americans to buy health care insurance, first of all this circumvents the constitution, in the way that Americans have the freedom of choice, we can do as we please, as long as it doesn't break the law.

The public option is just a way for the government to gain more control over America, it's a way to bring in socialism, I really don't care what Obama says about it not being socialistic, look up the definition of socialism some time, and see how close this comes.

They also claim that their health care reform won't raise taxes, but how can it not raise taxes, they aren't explaining how it will be paid for, and the democrats usually use tax raises to get their deeds done, so back to the public health plan.

Here is another reason why this can't work, Obama says that the public plan will be paid for by raising taxes on the Cadillac insurance plans, that the rich people carry, and he will perform this miracle with out raising your taxes, he plans to do this by charging the insurance companies a tax on those plans.

Let's look at things from the insurance companies side, first of all if they get taxed higher on these plans, they have to find a way to offset the loss that they'll get due to higher tax, and the only way that they can do this is to pass it on to you, in the form of higher insurance premiums.

So it's true that Obama won't raise your taxes to get this done, this is however just a dance around the issue, as you won't be taxed higher because they have added the public option, you'll pay high insurance premiums instead, this is great isn't it.

Now that we have the tax thing out of the way, let's talk a little about the government forcing you to have health insurance, I have never personally carried health insurance, and I don't go to the emergency room for a flu shot either, I pay my own way when I need a doctor.

Obama's plan would see to it that I have to pay a $3,800 per year charge if I opt not to carry insurance, this is so they can insure all those people who can't afford insurance, why should I have to pay their way, they can go and work and pay their own way.

There are a lot of unanswered questions about this public option in Obama's health plan, I personally don't think that their entire plan is a good idea, everything they get their hands on turns to crap, so why should they run health care also.
