Here are some ideas for celebrating Plus Animal Lovers' Day
Throw a Tea Party
Okay, this is for small children who love their plush animals. However, if you are an adult, join in with the child. Make the tea party a whole family affair. Have each person bring a plush animal to the tea party.
Have a "Show and Tell"
Rather than hiding your plush animals, get together with friends and have a "show and tell" of your plush animals. Bring at least one or two plush animals and show them to friends. Share stories of how you got them or why they are special.
Buy a New Plush Animal
If you love plush animals so much, buy a new plush animal to be friends with your other plush animals.
Buy a Friend, Your Children, or Your Significant Other a New Plush Animal
If you, yourself, are not a plush animal lover or if you want to do something nice for others, buy them new plush animals. They will love you for it as long as you buy them something they like.
Bring Your Plush Animal to School
If your child is in school, talk to teachers before the day and see if they will promote bringing a plush animal to school. If you are in college, bring your plush animal with you. You have that right.
Bring Your Plush Animal to Work
If you work in an office environment, you may want to bring your plush animal to work. It can sit on your desk. Of course, you may not want to bring your plush animal to work if you work in a restaurant unless there is a safe place you can store it and visit it while you are on break.
Display Your Plush Animals on Your Bed
If you do not already do this, put your animals in a special display on your bed. Do not be ashamed to show guests your plush animal collection. Show them that you do have a loving and sensitive side even for your toys.
