October Road: About Nick Garrett

Brian Greenberg plays the main character of Nick Garrett in the new drama October Road that airs on ABC. Currently the series had the 10pm slot on ABC after Grey's Anatomy. The series has seemed to secure a slot on the fall line up this year.

The series is about a young man who left his hometown of Knights Ridge to go on a six week vacation. After the six weeks were up, he decided not to go back to the town he grew up in. He left his father, his brother, and his long time girlfriend behind.

Years later, the young man had become an accomplished writer and wrote a book about his long lost friends, family, and his true love. In this book, many things were told about the hometown and his friends that a normal person would not have told the world about.

An opportunity to return to his hometown, to speak at a local college, presented itself 10 years after he left. However on his way there, he started to think about what kinds of reactions he would get from his former friends.

Brian Greenberg has been in numerous other movies and shows. One of the main movies that he starred in was Ben Younger's "Prime" alongside Uma Thurman and Meryl Streep. Brian will also be starring in an upcoming independent film by Randall Miller's "Nobel Son", with actors such as Alan Rickman, Danny DeVito, Bill Pullman and Mary Steenburgen. Another movie that Brian played in was "The Perfect Score".

Along with October Road, Brain has played in a few different television series. These series include the HBO series "Unscripted" and the WB/CW series of "One Tree Hill".

Along with being Nick Garrett on October Road, Brian Greenberg is also an accomplished musician, singer, and songwriter. His songs have been featured on "Unscripted", "Nobel Son", and "October Road". He also did a cover of a song that was featured on the WB/CW series "One Tree Hill" that was a dedicated to a deceased indie musician Elliot Smith.

Brian will be starting to once again play his with a few upcoming shows, He will be playing 3 shows in Los Angles at The Mint. These shows will take place on May 31st, June 7th, and June 14th. His music career had been put aside for the past 2 years so he could work on advancing his acting career.

This young actor seems to have a good road ahead of him and will be an actor that is remembered for years to come.
