OctoMom Nadya Suleman's Second Publicist Quits, Says She's "Nuts"
Victor Munoz Says OctoMom Got Greedy
Victor Munoz, who took over as Suleman's publicist when Joann Killeen exited due to over 100 death threats leveled at her and her firm for representing the "OctoMom," told USMagazine.com, "It just got to be too much. It's pretty much a free for all over there right now. They are freaking out right now.
"Not to sound arrogant, but those people depended on me for everything. You have no idea what I've had to do for these people."
But he wasn't finished: "Nadya got real greedy. This woman is nuts."
Munoz' comments will only fuel the fire of incessant speculation surrounding the mother of 14. Many already believe that the OctoMom, so called because of the octuplets she gave birth to in January, has orchestrated her pregnancy and afterward in an elaborate attempt to gain fame. Victor Munoz might add weight to that argument.
But first, he has to see what kind of confidentiality clause he has in his contract with Nadya Suleman.
It was only a week ago that Victor Munoz told Dr. Phil McGraw on "Larry King Live" that he and Nadya Suleman were working hard trying to find a house that could accommodate Suleman and her 14 children.
But Victor Munoz is Nadya Suleman's publicist number two. And the way things are going, she will need a publicist. A very good publicist.
Because she has not been cast in a very sympathetic light. She was an unemployed mother of six children, ages ranging from 2 to 7, when she decided to undergo in vitro fertilization. In a world that is looking at economic hardship for at least a few more years, this was seen as personally and socially irresponsible by many. That her own mother publicly chastised her for her reckless decision did not help. Those people more angry and vocal made some graphic death threats to Nadya Suleman's first publicist, Joann Killeen, causing her to step away from publicity work for the OctoMom.
Victor Munoz told Dr. Phil he had not received any death threats up until the show, but he laughingly stated that that was probably due to not revealing his last name -- until he appeared with Dr. Phil on "Larry King Live."
But he said that OctoMom Nadya Suleman "got greedy." For many who have been watching this train wreck-in-action, attention and greed have been the driving force behind everything the OctoMom has done for the last year. Munoz' psychiatric evaluation that she "is nuts" may have been a foregone conclusion when she decided to jeopardize her own life by carrying so many children. Putting herself in that situation and already being responsible for the health and welfare of six other children, given her socioeconomic circumstances, might have qualified her for "nuts" a good while ago. Suleman's disregard for realistic consequences prompted Dr. Phil to label her worldview as a "Pollyanna Disconnect."
For many, that would equate to saying that she was "nuts."
Regardless, just being around the OctoMom for the brief amount of time that he was, Victor Munoz should be able to hire on as a consultant to some tabloid and make a living off of his former employer.
And just add another thing to that ever-growing list of things-to-do for Nadya Suleman: Must find one extremely tolerant publicist.

She's not nuts. Victor Munoz said so himself! grrrrrr
Today's reports say Octo-Mom is going to accept the Angels offer with some modification and her father is buying her a home.
She is nuts.. the news about her is an unfolding drama.
LOL. Like we needed the publicist to tell us she was nuts. Of course, I guess it is insider validation of the obvious. Nice article.
They already are and have been, Jill. She's had them on camera as much as possible since the day they were born.
I hope those little babies aren't raised as spectacles in the public eye. But they probably will be.
This circus hasn't ended yet?
It's been so obvious since she "went public" what her motives were-wasn't it?
Nuts. Duh!
