Cared for you over and over again
Kept you running and in tip top shape
Never thought of trading you in for a Benz. .
The first time you were torn up, was on the inside, so you see
By an Army boy who wanted to bump his tunes
On an ipod with a video screen.
Then I did the unthinkable
After replacing broken parts
A console, an ash tray and button or two
I gave you up and turned you over to a silly girl
Who didn't understand you and barely knew.
How priceless you are
The memories flood in
Of the day I drove you home
And my children all grinned.
You got all of them through to getting licensed
Went through near misses and mishaps in parking lots and on streets
Yet every time I looked at you, my heart melted you were so sweet.
Now I look at you all bumped and bruised
My heart bleeds so, I wish you knew
How sorry I am that I went away
And because of me abandoning you
What a price you had to pay.
Always, Previous Owner

We gave my car to the middle daughter only to have it totalled within two weeks! It wasn't her fault, but it still made me sad. Thankfully, she was okay, cheers
