Lord of beginnings and the Lord of obstacles
you are, Ganesha.
My God who came to me.
The Patron of letters, arts, science, and wisdom.
Ganapatya, I am.
Supreme deity.
Aum Shri Ganesha Namah.
I pray to you for salvation.
I am your child, so hold me near.
May I recieve great boons.
Bhakti-marga to you Lord,
I seek moksha.
