I remember one day
When my dad say
Lets go to the zoo
We'll go to the pantry too
When my dad say
Lets go to the zoo
We'll go to the pantry too
I saw you great gorillas
Sitting in your little villas
Then I saw something amazing
Jeff, the gorilla went raging
He screeched and screamed
While his big teeth gleamed
He threw fruit at everyone everywhere
No gorilla however dare to watch and stare
They all ran away
Very fast I should say
Then you scratched your armpit and picked your nose
And to follow you the other gorillas chose
My dad and me laughed
It was you who we laughed at
You are as crazy as a squirrel with rabies
You are a clown dressed in a chicken suit
So I say thank you
Thank you for all the laughs
Thank you for making us smile and squeal
And thank you for the many more we'll share together
