She will not shut up and mom's feeling loony
Baby says 'waaaah' and mom's had enough
She pulls out the card that will end the sob stuff
She heads to the kitchen and grabs a small box
A pot and a spoon and cold water in stocks
She boils and stirs and holds baby back
'Yum Yum' says baby, almost ready to attack
Finally the bribe goes into the strainer
Butter is mixed in and mom's feeling saner
Barilla's Pastina touches two tongues
'Hmm' says mom, and baby echoes 'yum yum!'
It's all better know that Pastina is here
And baby plays nicely in the warm atmosphere
Mom sneaks more tastes and closes her eyes
'It's just like old times' she blissfully sighs.
